Coaching development for people managers
Royal Mail is the national postal service of the United Kingdom responsible for mail collection and delivery in the UK. Impact developed a two-day workshop which aimed to provide managers within Royal Mail with coaching tools and skills to use with their teams.
In 2009 Impact UK were approached by Royal Mail to deliver a coaching programme. Royal Mail recognised that providing coaching development for their people managers would better enable them to meet these strategic goals.
Royal Mail designed a workshop that would provide the opportunity to practice and share experiences of what good coaching looks like. Using GROW as the preferred performance coaching model, the event combines listening, questioning, giving and receiving feedback and goal setting.
