In recognition of their ambiguous and ever-changing market context, Telia Company embarked upon a culture change programme aimed at building a more agile and resilient organisation with a culture of self-leadership and collaboration.
As part of these ambitions, Telia Company worked with Impact to create an innovative digital learning solution aimed at developing skills and confidence in dialogue, which has been delivered at scale to thousands of employees.
Programme objectives included:
- Build skills and tools in enquiry, deep listening, assertive communication, handling bias, critical reflection, feedback and challenge
- Build confidence to open up more probing one-to-one exchanges and to facilitate diverse group discussions that unlock new ways of thinking
- Develop a peer network of self-directed learners across organisational and country borders
Delivered on Microsoft Teams, the solution provided a variety of dynamic virtual inputs, including task bundles, facilitated webinars, and self-led sessions. These inputs were structured around three core topics: enquiry, listening and advocacy.
When surveyed, 81% of respondents said their expectations of the Action Camp were met or exceeded.
