Leadership development for sustainable transformation at The Vita Group
The Vita Group are headquartered in England with manufacturing plants across Europe. Their main products are foam-based, including mattresses, seats, and underlay.
The Vita Group have committed to radical changes that will ensure they are leading the way in sustainable practice. This transformation has led to significant new challenges for the business and increased the need for strong, innovative leaders.
- To develop leaders of all levels who are committed to leading sustainable transformation.
- To galvanise international teams to revolutionise working practices in support of the sustainable development goals (SDGs).
Working in partnership with Impact, The Vita Group have created an integrated development solution for leaders of all levels throughout their Europe offices.
This highly immersive, experiential, hybrid solution enables The Vita Group to truly liberate the potential of its people to transform their working practices. The solution is human-centric and incorporates factors that are external to the business, kickstarting innovation and collaboration. For example, the solution launched with the senior leadership team inviting local small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to critique their approach, as well as collaborating with the SMEs to help them develop their own sustainability goals.
The partnership developed between The Vita Group and Impact has been so successful that The Vita Group are now one of Impact’s collaborators on the #Force4Good initiative, which aims to promote positive action in support of the SDGs and climate action.
‘Today’s session was absolutely fantastic, and I got a lot out of it. It was a great group of people in one room, talking about issues that affect all of us and connecting people... I feel a lot more inspired by the work that I’m involved in. I believe we can get to net zero together.’ – Participant.
‘We value the work Impact is doing to support The Vita Group on our sustainable practice transformation journey'. – Ian Robb, CEO of The Vita Group
