ABN AMRO serves retail, private and corporate clients with a primary focus on the Netherlands and with selective operations internationally.
Through internal staff surveys, ABN AMRO Australia identified a need to enable people within their services division to take a more holistic approach to their career development.
Working in close partnership, Impact created a program that enabled staff to examine their career aspirations, including personal reflection, self-assessment, short and long term career opportunities, optimising current job fit and clarifying personal and professional career goals.
Stronger relationships between managers and their staff across the business as a result of ongoing development discussions.
