Forvia Faurecia and Impact have won a coveted silver excellence award for Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Development Program for a global multi-modular leadership program – Drive.

Impact named one of three winners in the Excellence in Gaming and Simulations category for our custom design of a dynamic Executive Presence program for Hilton Worldwide.

Impact was awarded Employee Volunteering Local Impact Award (UK North West region).

Lend Lease was named a finalist in the 2014 AHRI Inclusion and Diversity Awards. The Ian Kiernan Award for Corporate Responsibility recognises the people management initiatives and strategies that demonstrate a commitment to corporate social responsiblity principles.

Lend Lease’s Springboard programme in partnership with Impact International, was recognised as an ABA100 Winner for Community Contribution in The Australian Business Awards 2014.

Awarded Big Tick for the Impact on Society Award for a Small Company in 2011, 2010, 2009, 2007 and 2006.

Deutsche Bank were named a finalist in the 2011 Financial World Innovation Awards. The Graduate Teamwork Challenge, which was designed and delivered by Impact, was shortlisted in the Innovation in Corporate Social Responsibility category. 

The HR Supplier Partnership recognises any supplier to the HR profession, from software providers to law firms, recruitment consultancies to training providers. Impact are the only supplier to make the shortlist in both 2014 and 2015 for our work with Lend Lease and OMG UK respectively.

Zurich Insurance, in partnership with Impact Hong Kong, have won a top award in the 2013 Asia's Training & Development Excellence Awards.

Zurich Insurance's 'Transform' program has won the Best Leadership Development Programme for Top Management in the Organisational Award Category.

In 2014 Impact celebrated ten consecutive years in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work for list.

In 2010 Impact were awarded a Partnership and Collaboration UK National Training Award for our work with Barclays UK Retail Bank.

The Learning and Performance Institute have awarded Impact and Thomson Reuters with the Silver Award for External Learning Project of the Year 2013.
