About

Established in November 2012, Chery Jaguar Land Rover Automotive Co., Ltd. is a 50:50 independent joint venture formed between Chinese auto manufacturer Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. and UK auto manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover.

CJLR Senior Managers were on their development journey to:

  • Enhance Business Result through Development
  • Create Opportunities for Participants to Practice Skills
  • Start to Build Learning Culture for the Organization
  • Ensure the connectivity with Senior Leaders throughout the Development Journey
  • Build Stronger Network among Participants

The CJLR Senior Manager development journey in particular was not set up as a ‘traditional’ management development program but aimed at maintaining a very close connection to CJLR’s core value and business opportunities in China, hence including internal management presentations adjacent to business projects, as well as relevant coaching and peer learnings.

Beatrice Venditti
HR Manager
Stryker
"Our experience has been extremely effective for both professional and personal development. For all the participants, it was a 'rediscovery' process as colleagues. Impact facilitated the sessions with a professional and enthusiastic approach. Our team was stretched and challenged physically and emotionally. In module two, it was great to demonstrate what team and inclusion stand for - no prejudice and much personal learning. We are committed to go forward. Thank you for this fantastic experience!"

"The 'conversations that count' programme was a very good time of reflection on my own behaviour and on my day to day interactions with my colleagues. Applying the recommendations in meetings I attended since has made a noticeable difference."
