Building strong leadership action cultures
Our approach to leadership development looks to create sustainable change in people by working with the mindsets and behaviours that influence authentic leadership action.
Our core belief is that leadership needs to connect people at the hearts and minds level – and calls for leaders to act with courage and compassion, be willing to show up as their true selves (and allow others to do so), and embrace the vulnerability belief system to allow themselves and others to perform to their best.
We also believe that:
- Organisations are in need of truly transformational and courageous leadership in order to inspire, engage, and encourage action and change within their people – the kind that connects with people at a truly human level
- Organisations are in need of more people to find the courage within themselves to take leadership action
- Modern workplaces demand more distributed forms of leadership to operate effectively
- A focus on leadership as a special kind of action that frees people from needing to be a special kind of person
