Team development is the process of strengthening the collective effectiveness and alignment of teams to ensure they lead with clarity and impact across the organisation. 

At Impact, we recognise that all teams are made up of unique groups of individuals. All teams are brought together for a purpose. No two are ever the same. We will use our unique experiential learning approach to work with you, and we start with a simple question:

Based on our experience, we have identified six interrelated factors in our Team Performance model. Firstly, we assess where your team is and then work with you to build the core capability of each individual to perform in a group setting. Our customised team development programmes help you build a cohesive team that not only performs but thrives by driving lasting results.

Impact’s Team Performance Inventory is a diagnostic tool that offers a deep insight to help a team see its performance clearly. Using a detailed online assessment, it provides a comprehensive and collective analysis of the team’s assessment of themselves in terms of six key performance domains.  

We work with a wide range of teams, from intact and newly formed teams to dispersed and remote teams, as well as established senior leadership teams. As part of this, we provide targeted leadership team development, designed to enhance collaboration, alignment, and performance, across all types of teams.
