How we deliver this can be different. At one end of our delivery spectrum, we work closely with groups of participants, bringing them to a shared location for face-to-face learning interventions. Increasingly, we find that this live, in-person work is blended with virtual interactions, meaning learning can happen in different time zones and locations, enabling the experience to be shared by more people.
At the other end of our delivery spectrum, we have virtual solutions. These digital learning solutions happen asynchronously and are led by the participant themselves, empowering them to own their learning journey.
