Meet the team

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I am a highly experienced Accounting and Financial Management professional with expertise in problem solving, business communications, project management and customer relationships. I’m an enthusiastic leader, successful in liaising across all levels, handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities. I enjoy attending live events; cheering on my favourite sporting teams, watching my friend’s rock band, and supporting my daughter’s dance team.

I enjoy working with people, teams and organisations to perform to their potential. My outdoor leadership degree, time working in the outdoors and coaching has built a foundation for me which I have had the privilege to build upon for the last eight years at Impact working as part of the delivery team with various clients. I have a keen interest in areas of the business such as leadership development, wellbeing and experiential learning.

As a former client, I jumped at the chance to work with Impact in 2002 and pursue my passion for inspiring others to realise their potential. I’m an avid reader and love to incorporate my learning into the leadership development programmes that I deliver; recent topics of interest include applied neuroscience & gender dynamics. Dogs feature widely in my life outside of work.

Over 10 years of experience in retail industry, I experienced various roles, managing some stores as a store manager, executing retail strategies as a retail manager, and an internal trainer in the organizational change project, planning, making, delivering the programs to the managers and staffs. I am very much interested in “people change” so very happy to work at Impact to build my career as a professional of people and organizational consultant.

Since I've joined Impact, I feel like my professional development grew exponentially. I feel very empowered by the company and by the values we bring each day into work. My goal is to learn how to best support our clients in every step of a consulting journey, as well as my colleagues, bringing a real change to the process. As a way to recharge I love to take long walks with my dog. My favourite sport is to hang out with friends, especially if in foreign countries!

I love why Impact exists, which is to liberate human potential. I love building effective client relationships both externally and internally, the people at Impact are passionate, motivated individuals, and I love working here. I am always out and about, whether it is running around after my niece or walking the fells or working out in the gym, happy, happy, happy!

My focus is on developing responsible leadership. I bring a warm combination of broad industry experience, academic rigour, Yorkshire humour and humility. My motivation and purpose is to help us mutually learn and create a more sustainable, compassionate and just world.  Fortunately, my spirited playful side, wilderness adventures and inclination toward anything shallow on a Friday night ensures people still invite me to parties despite all of that.

I help to support the entire business with all of their IT related needs. I have had a large passion for all things technology since I was a kid. In my spare time, you can catch me listening to music, on my PlayStation or playing Dungeons and Dragons. 

I help people gain insights into themselves and their team so they can improve as individuals and work more effectively together. As a facilitator I create the right learning environment and work alongside participants providing a balance of challenge and support. I bring over 20 years of senior leadership experience. I love learning, the outdoors and am fascinated with horses. I live on a small farm with my wife and two teenage children, and a herd of horses.

I was lucky enough to join as the third member of the US team in 2006 and have done almost every role in the business including design, delivery, sales support, project management and even bookkeeping! That breadth of experience has helped me in my current leadership role, it allows me to understand the business from multiple perspectives and focus on operational excellence. My nickname is Wiki because I can usually help find the answer!
