After several years in the digital marketing industry I was keen to utilise my management skills and develop our in-house fully-integrated digital marketing agency, Zinco. Outside of work I’m a crafty creative but will quite happily swap cosy fireside afternoons for long, sunny walks with my trusty Labrador Saffy.
Father of three, happily married to one, manager of some, I love numbers and sales but I also like to ideate, design and deliver challenging programmes, either in training or consultancy. In Impact for more than 15 years, I still very much enjoy the consultancy process, especially account and client management. At work I am acknowledged (and sometimes blamed) for dreaming big and joking a lot!
Sum myself up in a paragraph? There’s a challenge! And maybe a good starting point. I like challenge. I like the challenge of grabbing attention with interesting, useful and relevant marketing. From a new website or re-brand to a sell-out festival, for me it’s all about customer first. I like a physical challenge too, and the challenge of how long I can last without listening to music!
As a consultant, I like Impact's programmes because every one of our projects could make the participants think deeply about their issues in the workplace, and move forward for their business success. I am excited when exploring a solution for my clients' current and future business challenges. Besides my job, I like cooking, travelling, fine arts, musicals, Japanese KABUKI, opera etc.

After several leadership positions in social enterprise, non-profit and retail, I recently fulfilled my ambition to work for one of my favourite world changing companies. Relocating from London to the Lakes has been a big step but the stunning landscape and numerous outdoor pursuits has meant I haven’t stopped exploring lakes, land and sea and I’m never short of a challenge. I use my experience and background in psychology to create organisations worth working for.
As a Programme Co-ordinator, the main focus of my role is to help organise and set up a variety of global programmes as part of the Programme Management team. I moved to the Lake District last year after spending the past few years living in various places in the UK and abroad. My favourite way to spend my time outside of work is travelling, but I love the fact that I can now live and work in such a beautiful place every day!
I love being able to bring passion and experience to serve clients in some of the world's most progressive organisations - enabling leaders to perform to their best. I'm told I have an engaging and inquisitive style that connects easily and am particularly effective at getting people to see the wider context. I enjoy adventure and love nothing more than heading off to explore the wilderness with family and friends or tackling an unusual sporting challenge.
I provide inspiring opportunities for leaders to explore possibilities in expanding sustainable business and organisational development. As a staff support manager I have been leading operations such as talent acquisitions. Supporting others and organisations to expand their full potential is my passion. I enjoy ensuring we have a unique workplace where we can maximise potential and strengths. I love climbing mountains, hot springs and good organic foods.
As a complex organisational context expert, first as an HR Manager then as a Consultant, I combine vision and concreteness. A pinch of alert and visionary madness is the secret ingredient I use in supporting leaders, managers and organisations in their growing and changing process. What I've been doing for 20 years is empower people’s point of view. My job excites me, enriches me, makes me a better person… and I have so much fun!
With over 15 years of consulting experience I’ve supported many leading organisations and people in their journey of change and development. I’m focused on uncovering a client’s needs and satisfying them with a rigorous theoretical approach, intuition, strategic thinking and sensitive interpersonal style. I’m inspired by adventure and I love sailing, walking and nature.
I'm passionate about helping those around me grow and develop. I utilize my knowledge of recruiting, onboarding and managing multiple complex projects and deadlines. I create project plans, manage client requests and relationships and create program materials. As a traveller at heart, I’ve visited 26 of the 50 US states, 11 foreign countries and 8 of the Caribbean islands. I love experiencing new cultures, enjoying the great outdoors and trying local cuisine.
Originally from the UK, over 25 years I’ve held Impact leadership roles in Asia and America whilst partnering with clients to fulfil their ambitions. My focus is creating organisations where people thrive and have the motivation to generate greater success - to do great work that connects people to things that matter. I'm always looking for the next adventure on a bike, in the sea or mountains. In work and play my passions are being adventurous, ambitious and real.
I manage programmes globally from sale to completion, and inspire and develop our programme management team, ensuring we deliver what the client needs whilst still retaining fun and a sense of humour. I get my energy from those around me, which is why Impact is the perfect place for me to work! In any spare time I have left after running after my son, I love to play netball and planning my next adventure!
I have worked at Impact Japan since 2015, coordinating the delivery of programmes. I support our consultants and delivery operations. What makes me happy is seeing my colleagues, clients and participants smile, as my job is supporting them. My hobby is collecting Starbucks Coffee mugs from around the world, although I don’t drink coffee personally!

I was inspired by experiential learning on a leadership programme in 1992 and have worked for Impact ever since. Experiential learning and reflection alongside theory and skills input is a platform for real behaviour change for leaders. My passion is building an organisation worth working for and supporting our clients by developing people. I play football and enjoy discussing the match with friends. Drinking beer maybe more important than playing football.
As a past client now working at Impact, I’ve come full circle in my career and consider myself “in the zone” doing work that I truly love. Every professional experience has uniquely positioned me to lead our efforts to create a system and approach to knowledge management, helping us to become more efficient by capturing our intellectual capital and better leveraging the collective brilliance of our teams around the world.
With 20 years of L&D and OD consulting experience my role includes everything from proposal development to managing global projects involving leadership development and change initiatives. As a strategic business partner, I help clients improve business results via custom solutions that align talent development with business drivers. On weekends I'll be cheering at my two sons' football games or riding my John Deere tractor in pursuit of the elusive perfect lawn.
I am an experienced Web Developer, having built websites for hundreds of companies, both large and small. I enjoy the mix of technical and creative work, and helping businesses improve efficiency and revenue by realising the potential of the internet. At weekends, I am a wedding DJ in The Lake District, and enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons.
My passion is for partnering with clients to understand what success looks like for them and identify development solutions that make a lasting difference. Many years in corporate, L&D and business school roles have given me helpful insights into how individuals and organisations learn. My other joys are my family, walking and you might even find me in the gym!
My passion for creativity, excellence and relationships are the foundations of my role. I support Impact’s brand awareness, industry recognition and journey to create powerful, experiential learning interventions. I enjoy working in a collaborative, fast paced environment with first-class global colleagues. I am dedicated, efficient and always helpful. Based in Boulder Colorado, you can find me skiing, climbing, hiking, biking, and finding new culinary experiences.
I love exploring issues that my clients face and helping to find practical solutions. My other roles include developing Impact’s thinking around leadership and team development, and using systemic perspectives to encourage responsible leadership in business and society. Convincing, articulate and credible as a facilitator, I'm passionate about helping people realise their full potential...including myself! I love ski-mountaineering and any ways to access wild places.

I am a program manager and I love that every day is different, from working on different tasks involved to make a program run smoothly to talking and meeting clients. I come from a hospitality background so I love the client facing aspect of my role here at Impact, as well as making sure every piece of the program is on schedule. Outside of work I am always doing something like teaching dance, travelling, and going to the beach!
