I am one of the youngest people at Impact but one of the wisest. I help out in any way possible. Currently my main task is to help out with our annual festival of learning, Learnfest. I also help out with lead generation and prospecting. I like to see myself as an energetic person and easy to get on with. My main passions include football, being outdoors in general especially in the Lake District, and steak nights.

After living in France and working in the ski industry for 13 years, I decided to move back to the UK, with no real plan. I love running, although I’m not very fast, and love the outdoors. While trying to figure out what my next step would be I came across Impact, and I have been lucky enough to join the team as a Programme Coordinator. I am looking forward to the challenge of learning something new and being part of the Impact family.

As a PhD researcher, I have an interest in discovering new things. I’m currently on an adventure at Impact to explore leadership training. My background is within sport psychology, working with elite athletes to prepare and perform at their optimum. I support teams to become high performing teams. On my days off you will find me either playing or watching sport.

I consult with our valued customers to understand their business aspirations and challenges, before recommending a learning and development solution that is going to meet, and exceed their needs. I maintain close relationships to ensure they receive the best possible service. I work across all market sectors and levels, however I'm particularly passionate about graduate development. Out of work, you’ll find me up a mountain attached to either a rope of a pair of ski’s.

Developing the potential in people and organisation is my passion – it’s not my job! I love what I do and have the good fortune to work in Poland as an ex-pat British person and have been embraced into and fully embrace the wonder of Poland and the Polish people. Working with Top Teams in the wide range of multi-national and national organisations whom we are proud to call “customers”.

They say the good life is built with good relationships, so this is what I spend most of my time on – professionally and personally. At Impact I build relations with existing clients and companies which didn’t have a chance to get to know us (yet). I also support my team in project management. Staying in a country Inn with my husband, son and camera is the best way for me to relax.

I have been a coach and mentor for 3 years. I changed my profession thanks to the inspiration of one of Impact's facilitators during the programme I participated. I enjoy to support managers in their development while still remembering what it's like to be on the other side. I have been in their place for 20 years - starting from sales management, ending up as the President of the Board.

l Iove building brands, creating vision, storytelling and engaging and inspiring stakeholders and customers to join this process. Out of work I find my energy from being in nature; hiking, biking, wild swimming and skiing. When I'm not throwing myself in a lake or down a mountain I love spending time with friends and family.

I love creating exciting digital experiences, and the opportunity to do so for a company genuinely worth working for was simply too good to pass up. When I’m not behind a keyboard I can be found evangelising about the latest and greatest science and technology, learning something new, travelling the world or lumbering up the familiar fells of my home in the Lakes.

Doug Greenhough
I've enjoyed more than 11 challenging years of international work with senior leadership teams; designing & delivering innovative programmes; managing global delivery teams and coaching individuals. I'm known for an insightful and engaging style and love working in the moment with a courageous approach to challenging interventions. My other roles include developing Impact’s thinking around leadership and team development, and using systemic perspectives to encourage responsible leadership in business and society. I love ski-mountaineering and any ways to access wild places.

As a consultant, I like Impact's programmes because every one of our projects could make the participants think deeply about their issues in the workplace, and move forward for their business success. I am excited when exploring a solution for my clients' current and future business challenges. Besides my job, I like cooking, travelling, fine arts, musicals, Japanese KABUKI, opera etc.

Małgorzata Kniaź
I support delivery of high quality, safe and challenging programmes and keep the operations infrastructure in a safe and workable condition. I have been lucky to have worked in some amazing places around the world with some amazing colleagues and participants. Working from Base still takes some beating though! When not working I enjoy having adventures with my family, exploring the Lakes and keeping fit by running, climbing and riding my Cyclocross bike.

I love being able to bring passion and experience to serve clients in some of the world's most progressive organisations - enabling leaders to perform to their best. I'm told I have an engaging and inquisitive style that connects easily and am particularly effective at getting people to see the wider context. I enjoy adventure and love nothing more than heading off to explore the wilderness with family and friends or tackling an unusual sporting challenge.

John Matthews
I am happy to be responsible for creating and implementing new solutions as well as taking care of our clients and delivering adventurous programs. I see my purpose as working with people to help them be more aware of their power and inner wisdom and therefore to make our organisations and communities stronger. I get my energy from time with my gorgeous family, biking, reading in a hammock, listening and dancing to the music.
