After seven years in the city, I've moved back up north to greener pastures. I’ve worked in business development across a broad range of sectors and company scales, particularly enjoying the challenge of identifying client’s needs and matching our capabilities to help create meaningful solutions. Outside of work, you can usually find me on a mountain bike, trying to untangle my climbing rope or with a snowboard on my feet – weather depending!
They say the good life is built with good relationships, so this is what I spend most of my time on – professionally and personally. At Impact I build relations with existing clients and companies which didn’t have a chance to get to know us (yet). I also support my team in project management. Staying in a country Inn with my husband, son and camera is the best way for me to relax.
Having joined Impact Japan in 1993, my main role is company cook and carpenter. I cook lunch every couple of months by request. As carpenter, I work on refurbishing our office and equipment used in our projects. I occasionally join our delivery team to offer technical support on programmes. I have experience facilitating for Sony, Canon, Japan rail and more, plus Eclipse management for sales and delivery. My hobby is down river kayaking.
In the last 25+ years I’ve worked with many great organisations and love being able to bring a breadth and depth of experience to my programs. I currently regularly travel across Asia consulting for clients and looking after our great people. I'm described as an Energiser Bunny, I bring energy into everything I do, even if I'm stepping off a 12-hour flight! I recover by spending time with my family and exploring the wilderness in NZ with a fishing rod.
I was inspired by experiential learning on a leadership programme in 1992 and have worked for Impact ever since. Experiential learning and reflection alongside theory and skills input is a platform for real behaviour change for leaders. My passion is building an organisation worth working for and supporting our clients by developing people. I play football and enjoy discussing the match with friends. Drinking beer maybe more important than playing football.
Developing the potential in people and organisation is my passion – it’s not my job! I love what I do and have the good fortune to work in Poland as an ex-pat British person and have been embraced into and fully embrace the wonder of Poland and the Polish people. Working with Top Teams in the wide range of multi-national and national organisations whom we are proud to call “customers”.

A lifelong passion for learning and leadership brought me to Impact, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. As a designer, facilitator, and thought partner, I embrace a scholar-practitioner mindset, running to the issues and engaging others with clarity, empathy, and authenticity. My favorite activity of each day is laughing, playing, and making up bedtime stories with my kids. They're hilarious!
Over the past 16 years at Impact I've worked around the world with some truly wonderful people. I've been the lead facilitator on many large-scale initiatives focused on developing leadership capability, high performing teams and coaching. I love the outdoors, and spend many hours at the beach with my wife and daughter.
Sum myself up in a paragraph? There’s a challenge! And maybe a good starting point. I like challenge. I like the challenge of grabbing attention with interesting, useful and relevant marketing. From a new website or re-brand to a sell-out festival, for me it’s all about customer first. I like a physical challenge too, and the challenge of how long I can last without listening to music!
As Programme Manager, I work on the end to end implementation of client solutions. Impact gives me opportunity to do loads of different work such as our internal charity team and our 'holiday' for underprivileged kids. I also do my best to avoid doing things that can land me the coveted "Silver Screw" award for conspicuousness in the line of duty, a.k. the most notable 'cock up' of the year...however, I seem to be attracted to situations to put me in contention.
Being a manager of the delivery team in Impact Japan, I have been putting great effort and energy into realising our “Re-Born Strategy” from the delivery quality aspect. For my leadership style, creating trust is the most important factor. I support my team by creating trusting relationships, and as a facilitator, I use this quality to create a completely safe and open learning space in programmes. I love having a good time with people, drinking and karaoke.

Passion, curiosity, experience, knowledge… all characteristics beautiful to share with the people we work with! Travelling with those who decide to choose the path of growing and living on a journey of awareness, reaching wellness, is a thrilling and wonderful challenge. What I love in and out of work? Challenges, adventure, nature - and spreading the energy they bring all around.
My role as a Program Manager in the Greenwich office is one behind the scenes, making sure the show we put on runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible, asking the questions no one has thought of and anticipating issues that have yet to happen. With a background in psychology and business, leadership and development is the perfect field for me. When I'm not working you can find me watching a documentary, drawing, listening to music, or enjoying the outdoors.
I’m passionate about learning and helping people get the best out of themselves. I spent over 10 years in Learning & Development with a Fortune 15 company helping develop and deliver programs to Executives, Middle Management, and Aspiring Leaders from all different parts of the business. I believe that understanding and leveraging diversity is one of the biggest strengths of any organization and I really enjoy helping groups work towards that reality.
My role is to curate our knowledge and understanding of how individuals and organisations learn to help our clients confidently choose us. I have an eclectic mix of cross sector leadership experience at CEO/MD and other levels alongside think-tank research and group facilitation skills. I am well known for going off on one despite years of meditation and aikido and can intentionally overuse the word ‘love’.
I joined Impact after a long work experience in airline business and HRD business. After working with hundreds of people I became convinced in the power of fun which I believe drives us to advance. Impact is a unique place where I can share that power with more people.

I am a program manager and I love that every day is different, from working on different tasks involved to make a program run smoothly to talking and meeting clients. I come from a hospitality background so I love the client facing aspect of my role here at Impact, as well as making sure every piece of the program is on schedule. Outside of work I am always doing something like teaching dance, travelling, and going to the beach!
In my role I am able to leverage the experience I have in my years as an L&D Specialist. I flourish in environments where I'm able to uncover opportunities to develop people and organisations in line with their vision and strategy. Outside of work I can be found in the English Lake District with a flask of tea, my husband, my son and my dog!
For over 22 years, as a consultant, coach and partner, I support leaders, teams and organizations in the process of change. I am an "educational gadget-head.", sharing what I learn with others, because of my passion for people development. Privately my husband and I run “No Kill” fishing-field, building a community of exceptional people.
I love creating exciting digital experiences, and the opportunity to do so for a company genuinely worth working for was simply too good to pass up. When I’m not behind a keyboard I can be found evangelising about the latest and greatest science and technology, learning something new, travelling the world or lumbering up the familiar fells of my home in the Lakes.
I am a dynamic and creative person. Fascinated by the know-how, the methodology and the passion that characterize every activity in Impact, I organize my tasks and engage myself in everything I do. I enjoy team-working to pursue the common targets: I cannot sit on my hands! I love adventure, novelty and change, as well as travelling and enriching myself with new emotions every day. Passionate about photography, I relax myself strolling with my dog, Byron.
Prior to becoming a senior consultant for Impact, Jocelyn had over 17 years experience and took various roles within FMCG, Manufacture & Pharmaceuticals. Jocelyn has been extensively involved in delivering international talent management & culture change program touching all levels of organizations. She has an engaging interpersonal style and maintains a strategic focus whilst addressing the needs of business and the individuals.
During 35 years in Impact I have specialised in leadership development, working with every imaginable kind of organisation; meanwhile, at IFLAS I am Professor of Sustainability Leadership. In both roles, I am driven by the urgent need for change in the nature and purpose of business education. My tendency to scepticism, especially about leadership, began to take shape when I was expelled from school, a career high-point not since surpassed.
When taking time out of studying I knew Impact was the place for me to pursue my interest in the human mind. With leadership, change and sustainable innovation there are so many schools of thought to consider, the dominant paradigms of which are changing daily. I aim to filter all of this and use key findings to help Impact remain at the forefront of its field. As a result, I really do learn something every day!
