I love exploring issues that my clients face and helping to find practical solutions. My other roles include developing Impact’s thinking around leadership and team development, and using systemic perspectives to encourage responsible leadership in business and society. Convincing, articulate and credible as a facilitator, I'm passionate about helping people realise their full potential...including myself! I love ski-mountaineering and any ways to access wild places.

At Impact I manage projects, build relationships with clients, organize events and support our super team by sharing motivation, creativity and a smile. At work and in private life, I pay attention to details, I value directness and minimalism. I am looking for inner peace through contact with nature, cinema and new hobbies. And good food.

As Programme Manager, I work on the end to end implementation of client solutions. Impact gives me opportunity to do loads of different work such as our internal charity team and our 'holiday' for underprivileged kids. I also do my best to avoid doing things that can land me the coveted "Silver Screw" award for conspicuousness in the line of duty, a.k. the most notable 'cock up' of the year...however, I seem to be attracted to situations to put me in contention.

I love the variety of my role, working with global clients on complex projects and learning from inspiring Impact people, no two days are the same. I’m responsible for the quality of customer service, building excellent client relationships, providing commercial strategies with meticulous project scoping and planning, alongside first class solution delivery and evaluation. I love the outdoors; walking, running or camping with our two boys and crazy cocker spaniel.

Since joining Impact Thailand in 2006, I have been more energetic and enthusiastic to come to work. It is the best workplace that I can be myself. Everyday at work is great for me.

I co-founded Impact in 1980 to explore adventure and experiential learning in people development. It worked! We now inspire and develop people worldwide. Shared values, a common purpose and a spirit of adventure bind us together. With over 200 colleagues working in the UK, Europe, America and Asia Pacific, we have a solid reputation for enabling clients to build leadership capacity and navigate complex change. To stay grounded, I rear rare breed cattle and sheep.

At 21 I had my first day of work at Impact in the stores... I am still making up for everything that happened that week. My passion is in sports coaching and development. My journey with Impact has taken me traveling around the world where I continue to meet and work with many amazing people. I am a big family man, and love surrounding myself with the best of company. If I am not herding terrifying highland cattle, I’ll be playing rugby or baking sponge cakes.

With more than 15 years of experience in business development, I continue to play to my strength in strategising and building relationships with our clients to improve their business results. I am a dragon boater. A sport where you will be physically fatigued and mentally challenged. Despite the intensity of paddling and competitive sports, we have to persevere to keep the boat moving and now, I am moving towards excellence with Impact.

I help people gain insights into themselves and their team so they can improve as individuals and work more effectively together. As a facilitator I create the right learning environment and work alongside participants providing a balance of challenge and support. I bring over 20 years of senior leadership experience. I love learning, the outdoors and am fascinated with horses. I live on a small farm with my wife and two teenage children, and a herd of horses.

I have been a coach and mentor for 3 years. I changed my profession thanks to the inspiration of one of Impact's facilitators during the programme I participated. I enjoy to support managers in their development while still remembering what it's like to be on the other side. I have been in their place for 20 years - starting from sales management, ending up as the President of the Board.

I am an experienced Web Developer, having built websites for hundreds of companies, both large and small. I enjoy the mix of technical and creative work, and helping businesses improve efficiency and revenue by realising the potential of the internet. At weekends, I am a wedding DJ in The Lake District, and enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons.

Sum myself up in a paragraph? There’s a challenge! And maybe a good starting point. I like challenge. I like the challenge of grabbing attention with interesting, useful and relevant marketing. From a new website or re-brand to a sell-out festival, for me it’s all about customer first. I like a physical challenge too, and the challenge of how long I can last without listening to music!

I'm based in Thailand, a country of beautiful islands, good food and nice people. I have a lot of fun working with people around the world. I have more than two decades of international finance and accounting experience. My real challenge is working with Inland Revenue offices in different countries! I love to explore the world through reading and travel and one day wish to have a little cafe where people can sit and have a coffee or few drinks and craft together.

I see life as a gift and a journey. I bring in my backpack some of the experiences I had the luck to live: nuclear engineering, 25 years as manager in various industries in various parts of the globe. And then Impact. I feel excited when I see the very essence of situations emerge: in individuals, groups, communities, organisations. I am fond of endurance sports and a passionate soul explorer.

Delfino Corti
Analogue at birth, digital by requirement. I don’t do Facebook, and have nothing to do with hashtags. Is this bio going online? Eurgh! I am an eye-to-eye, face-to-face human being. I elevate small talk to medium talk. Then, (on a good day) to infinity and beyond. That’s my job. Favourite pastimes: Good days. Woodland crafts, festivals, and campfires. Specialist skills: Reading body language; parallel parking.

I spend with Impact more than 20 years. Regardless of my role, my job was always working with people for people. I see Impact as a community of people that adds an extra value to world by building organisation worth working for and I truly believe We make a difference. Currently my main focus is to help organisations to change by creating and delivering solutions that engage people in transformation processes.

Pawel Rybka
I've enjoyed more than 11 challenging years of international work with senior leadership teams; designing & delivering innovative programmes; managing global delivery teams and coaching individuals. I'm known for an insightful and engaging style and love working in the moment with a courageous approach to challenging interventions. I love relaxing with my wife, watching my daughters perform (singing or horse riding), or sharing outdoor adventures.

Jon Hall
Analogue at birth, digital by design. I head up Impact's social media, website and newsletter "In Good Company", based in our London office. What excites me at work is bringing Impact's unique brand and tone of voice to life in all things online. I love travelling so you'd mostly find me not at home.

Originally from the UK, over 25 years I’ve held Impact leadership roles in Asia and America whilst partnering with clients to fulfil their ambitions. My focus is creating organisations where people thrive and have the motivation to generate greater success - to do great work that connects people to things that matter. I'm always looking for the next adventure on a bike, in the sea or mountains. In work and play my passions are being adventurous, ambitious and real.

Tim Raw
As a past client now working at Impact, I’ve come full circle in my career and consider myself “in the zone” doing work that I truly love. Every professional experience has uniquely positioned me to lead our efforts to create a system and approach to knowledge management, helping us to become more efficient by capturing our intellectual capital and better leveraging the collective brilliance of our teams around the world.

Nancy Smith
I support delivery of high quality, safe and challenging programmes and keep the operations infrastructure in a safe and workable condition. I have been lucky to have worked in some amazing places around the world with some amazing colleagues and participants. Working from Base still takes some beating though! When not working I enjoy having adventures with my family, exploring the Lakes and keeping fit by running, climbing and riding my Cyclocross bike.

Tim (Lofty) Lofthouse
I manage and conduct activities related to the end-to-end implementation of client solutions, sales and service. With a focus on programme delivery, I work with a range of global clients ranging from graduates to senior leaders. In my free time, you’ll catch me out and about in the Lake District, planning mad adventures and playing netball.
