Developing Leadership Agility at Santander
Impact worked with Santander, a leading personal financial services company, to facilitate two leadership modules as part of an innovative 12-month change programme.
In the midst of a quickly changing banking industry, Santander recognised the need for widescale organisational change in order to prepare for constant workplace agility and digital disruption.
Framing the 12-month learning journey, Impact delivered the initial module 'Spark' which allowed participants to be propelled into real-life experiences of change and gain insight into collaborative behaviours in order to create sustainable change. The concluding module entitled “Brave New World..?”, completes the programme with a three-week virtual journey and two-day face-to-face experience.
The programme delivered up to 10% increases in the areas of job satisfaction, productivity, teams and leadership.
