Pirelli Broadband Solutions (PBS) is a Pirelli Group society, specialising in products to improve broadband access for personal and business connectivity.

Impact worked with PBS in order to develop their project managers' leadership capability. Specifically, they developed a programme that would encourage them to take risks, face challenges proactively, read the market needs and understand business innovation.  

Impact designed an ad hoc three step journey composed of both experiential group activities and individual feedback sessions, in order to develop awareness, facilitate change and engender efficient and impacful leadership. 

The team has shown that they are able to evolve towards efficient and functional behaviour that improves the relationships and collaboration within the group.
