With outstanding views of Lake Windermere and the Lakeland fells, we take full advantage of our surroundings and harness the power of nature as a tool for reflection and transformation. There really is no place like it to come together, take a step back from the pressures of daily life and delve into facilitated discussion specific to your complex challenge. The Impact Executive Retreat will begin when you arrive on the evening of Monday 8th July. The main retreat will take place between 9am and 4pm on Tuesday 9th July.
Day 1:
- Arrive from 3pm onwards at Merewood Country House hotel.
- Begin your journey on the sunset shores of Lake Windermere with an evening of story sharing and getting to know one another.
- Dine at 'Arboreal', Merewood's award-winning double rosette restaurant.
Day 2:
- Fuel up for the day with a full English or continental breakfast at Merewood.
- Spend time in the outdoors and embark on a journey of conversations, discoveries and provocations.
- Enjoy lunch at our brand new Force cafe.
- Tackle your complex challenges through business facilitation and peer consulting, led by our expert senior consultants.
- The retreat will finish by 4pm.
Impact cover all costs with the exception of travel to and from the Lake District.
