The Warsaw edition of Leading Edge is designed as an intensive, highly interactive journey – from understanding the broader context, through experiencing tensions in action, to working on real leadership challenges.
During this 4-hour experience, you will:
See the bigger context. Step into today’s global tensions – and explore them through the lens of leadership. Guided by insights drawn from real business practice, you will look beyond theory and focus on what today’s reality truly demands.
Experience tensions in practice. Through engaging, hands-on experiences, you will observe how tensions play out in systems – and how even small decisions can amplify their impact. This is not theory – it is learning through doing, in interaction with others.
Name your real dilemmas. Together with other leaders, you will map the tensions that are most present in business and HR today – including those directly relevant to your own role. Many of these tensions will be brought into the room by practitioners from leading organisations (to be announced).
Work on real cases. You will take part in a workshop-based format built around real organisational challenges. Each session will be anchored in live cases shared by business leaders, creating space for meaningful dialogue and exploration. This is not about quick fixes – it is about the quality of thinking.
Leave with clarity and action. Rather than inspiration without application, you will take away:
- clearly defined tensions
- practical directions for action
- insights shaped by peer discussion and practitioner perspective
- your own personal next steps as a leader.
