To replicate the success of the face-to-face programmes in a virtual setting as a flexible solution to the challenges presented by COVID-19.
At the beginning of April, just after the appearance of the first COVID-19 cases in Poland, we ran our first 100% virtual talent program for Atos. During the two days, participants worked in subgroups, implementing virtual face-to-face and group projects. The program was transformed into a virtual offering, which required additional creative work on the design. However, knowing that this is another module that supports previously agreed and already started business projects, we took the challenge to make those happen. On the client side, it required courage and determination, and feedback from the participants confirmed that it was a good decision.
