To prepare and enable the integration of all Grupa Onet-RASP companies 'Under One Roof', supporting a transformational agenda with two behavioural change focuses:
Leadership - to create and sustain a common culture of trust and engagement
Culture - to develop an agile business approach to anticipate customer needs and seize new market opportunities.
Impact have developed an integrated organisation-wide change solution featuring ‘top team’ workshops; executive coaching; a 'Leadership in Action' programme; strategic workshops for the top 40 leaders; change advisory meetings and innovation workshops.The programme links Grupa Onet-RASP with not-for-profit partner to strengthen the company’s contribution to society.
The programme resulted in an improved and more collaborative business culture with key leaders having developed their leadership capacity and increased trust - crucial for the effective transformation of the business.
