About

UBS AG is a Swiss global financial services company incorporated in the Canton of Zurich, and co-headquartered in Zurich and Basel. Impact worked with UBS Investment Bank to consult, design and deliver a leadership development Programme for 250 high potential Associate Directors and Directors from across the global organisation.

UBS Investment Bank targeted 250 high potential Associate Directors and Directors from across the global organisation to participate in a two-year multi-modular development programme called ASCENT. Impact's role was to consult, design and deliver a highly engaging, challenging and experiential Leadership Development Programme.

The three-day intensive leadership development programme used Impact's model of leadership action combined with customised 360 leadership feedback, senior guest speakers, MBTI Step II and three experiential leadership projects, as well as peer and facilitated reviews and coaching.

"Working with Impact can best be described as both enjoyable and an ideal partnership. We found them to be extremely creative with some of the most unique experiential learning available. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the impact they have had on UBS Investment Bank."

Michelle Blieberg, Managing Director & Global Learning Officer

"Focusing on our principals, this programme was to be dynamic and challenging, featuring leadership and business development elements aswell as opportunities to drive our strategy, mission and values. For this reason, we decided to partner with the team at Impact and The Talea Group to collaboratively scheme this long-term programme we now call Apex."

A lot has changed within my leadership style. I question my actions much more. I always try something new, I am much more courageous! I observe more consciously what is happening around me. I think about what I can improve and adjust details. I try to involve staff more in issues that concern them. In discussions, I listen actively and hopefully better, ask open questions, and to do all this much more consciously.
