Take the next step

We recommend two to three one-hour sessions over two to three months. Each session gives you a confidential space to reflect, explore challenges, test ideas, and plan the leadership actions that will make the biggest difference. 

You’ll continue working with your Impact facilitator,* someone who already has a deep understanding of your context, organisation, challenges, and goals. Together, you’ll build on the learning journey, strengthen confidence, and translate insight into practical, real-world action. 

In your first session, you’ll define a clear, ambitious, and achievable outcome. You’ll map the steps, stakeholders, and behaviours required. Following sessions focus on your progress, obstacles, and opportunities - helping you unlock potential and deliver results at pace.
