TE Connectivity (China) identified a need for their Senior Leaders to lead High Performing Teams. The programme content highlighted a link to TE current business challenges and needed to be applicable back in the work place. The programme focused on the High Performing Team Model that Impact owned.
The programme enabled a consistent and common understanding for High Performing Team and Team Leadership skills.
