Executive Coaching

Impact’s Coaches support development of leaders at all levels as well as senior leadership teams. This can be structured as either 1:1 executive coaching or small group coaching. Following a leadership program, it is a powerful sustainment vehicle for participants who meet with a Coach periodically in small groups. 1:1 executive coaching supports the effectiveness of leaders who are new to the organization or role as well as enhancing the advancement of succession candidates.
