Meet the team

Since I've joined Impact, I feel like my professional development grew exponentially. I feel very empowered by the company and by the values we bring each day into work. My goal is to learn how to best support our clients in every step of a consulting journey, as well as my colleagues, bringing a real change to the process. As a way to recharge I love to take long walks with my dog. My favourite sport is to hang out with friends, especially if in foreign countries!

My food and beverage career began with a bartending job as a student. Working in large restaurants taught me that guest service depends on recruitment and training. After roles as restaurant manager, supervisor, and recruitment and training lead, I focused on employer branding and training programs. To deepen my expertise, I joined Impact Japan, a global leader in experiential learning. I am now developing as an organizational development partner in CSD. I enjoy fishing, hiking, and rugby.

I was lucky enough to join as the third member of the US team in 2006 and have done almost every role in the business including design, delivery, sales support, project management and even bookkeeping! That breadth of experience has helped me in my current leadership role, it allows me to understand the business from multiple perspectives and focus on operational excellence. My nickname is Wiki because I can usually help find the answer!

My focus is on developing responsible leadership. I bring a warm combination of broad industry experience, academic rigour, Yorkshire humour and humility. My motivation and purpose is to help us mutually learn and create a more sustainable, compassionate and just world.  Fortunately, my spirited playful side, wilderness adventures and inclination toward anything shallow on a Friday night ensures people still invite me to parties despite all of that.

I am a Program Manager located in the heart of Texas. My favorite part of my role is interacting with so many different people daily while building and carrying out a variety of client-specific programs. Every day, I learn something new, and it excites me to continue growing in my position. When I am not working, you can find me dancing, rewatching Friday Night Lights, traveling, and spending time with my friends, family, and dogs! 

I am the DevOps Lead at Zinco, helping Impact build its web presence. I love the diversity my role brings, I work with many types of organisations and interact with some amazing people. I’m a problem solver and love tinkering with new technology to see what’s around the corner. Outside of work my passion is cycling and enjoying time with my family.

I support the CEO in an exciting and super varied role - from Board meetings to barbecues and everything else in between. An Impacter since 1999, marketer and mum, I have a need to be outdoors every day - no matter what the weather! For me, Impact is a unique place where people matter and my work and life can intertwine through flexible working and trust.

'Helping People Shine on Their Own Stage' As a restaurant manager, I wanted to create more than just a place to eat. By drawing out each team member’s strengths and aspirations, I saw the power of a team that values individuality. This led me to study coaching. I later realized that growth also depends on the organization, so I now study organizational development. My goal is to help people and organizations grow together, enabling everyone to shine as themselves and fulfill their potential.

Before Joining Impact in 2002 I worked as an outdoor guide for nature tourism, kayaking and trekking in the ocean and forest. Using this experience, my strengths are in creating and coordinating programmes that provide learning experiences through outdoor activities. Beyond this role I wear several different hats, such as managing our website and managing H&S. Personally, I love to do challenging journeys by sea kayak and bike in many countries.

Hi! I am an occupational psychologist, coach and trainer! I have been working for over 20 years to help companies develop and enhance their greatest capital, their people! I met Impact many and many years ago, and I am still proudly part of it! In my spare time I am a theatre actress, a traveller, but above all... a mum!

At Impact I manage projects, build relationships with clients, organize events and support our super team by sharing motivation, creativity and a smile. At work and in private life, I pay attention to details, I value directness and minimalism. I am looking for inner peace through contact with nature, cinema and new hobbies. And good food.

My job is to share amazing client stories with the world through integrated marketing campaigns. I love live events and building Impact's community, as well as research and content creation. I live for adventure...and cake!

I am responsible for “Re-Born Strategy” in Impact Japan, I am passionate about developing people and our organisation by executing all Re-Born strategic agendas. As a facilitator, I love creating and sharing the precious moments together with executives and managers who are reflectively asking themselves what leadership they would like to realise in their life/work. What I love most is drinking after working hard to make effort in realising my vision.

My first school had the motto 'Aim High' and that has always resonated with me. I rise to a challenge, both personally & professionally, enjoying new situations and solving difficult & complex problems. I certainly had plenty of those as International Treasurer of Goldman Sachs and as a Director for the London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics. I joined the Board of Impact to help grow the business globally. It's great to be part of such a diverse global team!

As a former client, I jumped at the chance to work with Impact in 2002 and pursue my passion for inspiring others to realise their potential. I’m an avid reader and love to incorporate my learning into the leadership development programmes that I deliver; recent topics of interest include applied neuroscience & gender dynamics. Dogs feature widely in my life outside of work.

I joined in 1982 when the company was two years and totalled four people. I have had the great privilege of what seems like two parallel careers - helping to build and develop our business and working with clients to help them do the same with theirs. I love the variety of my role, that at Impact personal talent is more important than hierarchy, and that we have never waivered from our vision to make a positive difference in the world, through leadership development.

After many years in big Italian firms, I now help clients understand and achieve their development goals. In Impact since 2003, I have gained experience in HR processes, organisational consultancy, assessment, training and development of managerial competences and leadership. I love mountain biking, silly jokes, deep reading, socialising and…meditating too. Whenever you want to work hard while having fun, call me!

I have been working in L&D since 1992 and joined Impact in 2004, providing design, management, and delivery expertise to clients around the globe. Current initiatives have me consulting with clients from multiple business sectors to coach and facilitate the development of key leadership talent. I am also a past adventure consultant and professional rock climbing guide with numerous alpine and big wall ascents around the world.

As a mom to 4 girls I am constantly reminded that I am human, it's inescapable. I am completely honored that over the last 12 years I spend my days working with fantastic teams and amazing clients to do work that enables us all to embrace our individual humanness and work to create environments where people can grow and learn everyday! My hope and goal is together, the work we do today brings a brighter future for us all.

I love the moments when people start seeing their challenges from a different perspective and discover new possibilities for action. I design learning experiences that connect curiosity about people with curiosity about business. At Impact, I value the freedom to experiment, learn and create solutions that make a real difference. Outside work, you will most likely find me on a bike or behind a camera somewhere on the road.

An adventurer, I was raised in the UK and have lived and worked in Eastern Europe, Spain and now (since 2012) Asia, where I head up Impact’s Singapore Office. A fierce supporter of the authentic self and advocate for individual growth, I care deeply for my team and clients, wanting them to shine for who they are. I have a keen sense of challenge and adventure, and away from work, you can find me with my young family (usually outdoors!).

I am an experiential learning consultant & coach with a passion for adventure, the wild places and sustainability. I design & deliver learning experiences that help people & organisations strengthen the bridge between the business need for results and the human need for connection. I help people explore their “awareness of self” and how they can better engage with the people, systems and organisations that surround them.

My big mission has always been building people, teams and managers in the name of passion and authenticity. I do it through my expertise as a manager, as well as by coaching and  mentoring. We have to work so many hours in our lives, my wish is that most people possible would do it in the best way possible. I live in seafront, and I am a sailor. Sea is my key element, especially in winter, when nobody comes.
