Meet the team

After 10 years leading the UK, I am now in a global role focused on two areas: one leading a people project, the other focused on marketing. I grew up through Impact as a marketer and love the buzz of building business through brand and storytelling. My other passion is the people and culture here, so this is the ideal combination for me. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors and practicing yoga.

At Impact I have worn many hats from business development, project management, technical support, and currently in the marketing team. Outside of work I enjoy nothing more than getting outdoors and into the hills as a keen climber, runner, and cyclist.

Life is a path everyone makes on their own, but what happens if it crosses someone else’s? As a trainer and facilitator for over ten years, my focus has been on supporting people to untangle the complexity of communication and cooperation, and build a path that gives room to everyone in the team, in a variety or organisational structures. In my free time I love venturing outdoors with my husky dog and noticing the subtleties of nature.

Over 10 years of experience in retail industry, I experienced various roles, managing some stores as a store manager, executing retail strategies as a retail manager, and an internal trainer in the organizational change project, planning, making, delivering the programs to the managers and staffs. I am very much interested in “people change” so very happy to work at Impact to build my career as a professional of people and organizational consultant.

I work in accounts at Impact. I am based in the Windermere office (UK).

Having a limited number of words to describe myself I choose...that is one of the keywords, among decide, like, wonder. There are many others. Working with people, I value being aware – of a person, a group, and also of words being used. I think of them as a code passing through our minds – all that is within the light of consciousness shapes our experiences and reactions towards the world. So, what do you choose?

For over 20 years I have been on the path of exploring and connecting the world of business and personal development. I work with people and organisations from the perspective of their potential, possibilities and needs. I support change in organisations and accompany transformations. My role at Impact Polska is Account Management Director and Senior Consultant… AND I LOVE IT!

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...

I have spent my working life helping organisations, teams and people to be the best that they can be. I believe in the power of expertly designed and facilitated experiential learning and the exciting potential that lies within every person given the right opportunity. In my work I believe that managers and leaders have a responsibility to ensure work is exciting, fulfilling and aspirational for the people working in and with their organisations.

An avid traveller and outdoor adventure enthusiast I jump at the opportunity to try new things and am a pioneer at heart. I have spent the better part of the last 10 years working in experiential education and am deeply committed to developing responsible and sustainable leadership. I am passionate about inspiring, motivating and engaging people to fulfil their potential.

I always enjoyed working for companies who share my values and whose work I can be passionate about. I love that Impact wants to make a difference and has the purpose to help build companies worth working for. I enjoy a good adventure and have a passion for travelling, my latest adventure being swapping London life for the great outdoors of the lovely Lake District!

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

AKA Bloodaxe. I am an accountant at Impact. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling and heavy metal. Not all at the same time, though – that’d be dangerous.

My career has been very weird and challenging so far. I graduated in industrial chemistry, then worked as a research scientist. In 2014 I moved to the energy field as consultant and account manager in charge of technical trainings and management courses. This job lasted 10 years and made me passionate about human resources management. I joined Impact where I can improve my skills as a trainer and facilitator and cooperate with a real great team.

As a Project Manager I am responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our client solutions by managing and coordinating the client service teams. During my time at Impact I have worked with a broad mixture of clients and participants ranging from graduates to senior leaders. In my free time I enjoy spending time in the Lakes, planning my next holiday and spending time with friends and family.

Programme Coordinator at Impact. I am based in the Windermere office (UK) and joined the company in 2021. 

I enjoy seeing others achieve in their own unique ways; therefore,  consider myself privileged to be a member of Impact's vibrant team. Being a member of an organisation that puts people first and provides worthwhile programs to enable people to take charge of their own development is satisfying. Being out in nature allows me to be in my zen space. I love all kinds of bridges, black-and-white photos, and trains.

I have spent my career exploring, researching, teaching, coaching and practising leadership skills. I love working with individuals and groups to tackle hurdles and develop strategic initiatives. When I am not designing programs, I like to spend time with my son and my husband building forts out of driftwood or laughing with friends in the beautiful pacific northwest.

I do everything from managing the business, to inspiring people and helping clients to develop as sustainable business in which the quality of leadership is crucial. People describe me as a passionate and fast moving person, able to quickly connect to the culture and the needs of each organisation and to co-design powerful solutions. I love adventure which is about saying “yes” to life.

Being a manager of the delivery team in Impact Japan, I have been putting great effort and energy into realising our “Re-Born Strategy” from the delivery quality aspect. For my leadership style, creating trust is the most important factor. I support my team by creating trusting relationships, and as a facilitator, I use this quality to create a completely safe and open learning space in programmes. I love having a good time with people, drinking and karaoke.

I'm passionate about helping those around me grow and develop. I encourage my team to bring themselves into everything they do.  Our diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us partner efficiently and effectively with colleagues and clients.  As a traveller at heart, I’ve visited 31 of the 50 US states, 14 countries and 8 Caribbean islands. I love experiencing new cultures, enjoying the great outdoors and trying local cuisine.

As a mom to 4 girls I am constantly reminded that I am human, it's inescapable. I am completely honored that over the last 12 years I spend my days working with fantastic teams and amazing clients to do work that enables us all to embrace our individual humanness and work to create environments where people can grow and learn everyday! My hope and goal is together, the work we do today brings a brighter future for us all.

I see life as a gift and a journey. I bring in my backpack some of the experiences I had the luck to have: nuclear engineering and 25 years as a manager in various industries in various parts of the globe. And then Impact. I feel excited when I see the very essence of situations emerge: in individuals, groups, communities, and organisations. I am fond of endurance sports and am a passionate soul explorer. 

I am a program manager, and I love that every day is different, from working on different tasks involved to make a program run smoothly to talking and meeting clients. I come from a hospitality background, so I love the client-facing aspect of my role here at Impact, as well as making sure every piece of the program is on schedule. Outside of work, I am always doing something like teaching dance, travelling, and going to the beach!
