Lendlease Springboard

How do you get thousands of employees across the globe to create meaningful impact in their communities, in their roles, and in themselves? Lendlease are an international property and infrastructure group who first partnered with Impact in 2008. Since then, we have co-designed over 80 programmes, engaged 2,500+ global participants, and delivered $32.7m of verified social value. Springboard is not just an award-winning leadership development programme, it’s an investment in the wellbeing of people, our planet and communities. Here's the story of our partnership - we're incredibly proud of it.

A long term partnership

Impact and Lendlease began working together in 2008 when the Lendlease Foundation decided to redesign 'Springboard'. Lendlease Foundation is an internal business unit established in 1983 for the development and benefit of Lendlease employees. ‘Springboard’ was launched in 1998 as the Foundation’s flagship global programme. This case study is the story of how our partnership began, and the multi-award-winning programme that came from this.
