This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Project Management team as a Project Coordinator. You will assist the Project Managers in a support context, working on all aspects of our clients’ solutions.
The successful candidate will be forward-thinking in all things digital, have exceptional organisational skills, and have excellent attention to detail. Additionally, they will need to have a strong competency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and providing outstanding service to internal and external clients is essential. Furthermore, applicants must be comfortable coordinating a wide range of requests and information simultaneously, managing and uploading data and systems, working to tight deadlines and acting independently.
The post holder will be responsible for working with the Project Managers to support the delivery of client solutions in a timely and consistent manner. The role includes:
Creating programme materials
Formatting and editing
Logistical support (i.e. travel and diary bookings)
Updating internal systems
