Being a manager of the delivery team in Impact Japan, I have been putting great effort and energy into realising our “Re-Born Strategy” from the delivery quality aspect. For my leadership style, creating trust is the most important factor. I support my team by creating trusting relationships, and as a facilitator, I use this quality to create a completely safe and open learning space in programmes. I love having a good time with people, drinking and karaoke.
I'm a strong believer in what we do at Impact and I enjoy meeting clients to showcase our offerings and unique capabilities. Impact has given me opportunities to be myself, develop and grow. I’m passionate about learning and recently combined this with my interest in HR to gain a CIPD qualification, which has enabled me to support Impact’s HR projects. In my free time I love socialising with my friends and family and keeping fit at the gym.

In support we deliver on programs and manage day-to-day operations and infrastructure. I really enjoy my role as it’s very diverse, one day I am canoeing on Windermere and the next cleaning boots! My favourite programs feature outdoor activities and journeys. People see me as a steady pair of hands and a person who does a quality, professional job. Outside work I keep myself fit and active, and enjoy chilling out with my wife Emma and travelling in our camper van.
I have been supporting people in communication for 20 years. Initially as a consultant, currently as a trainer, coach, mediator. I am passionate about people and the complexity of human nature and like to help tame this complexity for a specific purpose. I have a lot of joy, sense of meaning and the impression that I am making the world a better place.
After 26 years working for Sony in senior HR roles in Japan, Singapore, Sweden, Germany and the UK, I joined Impact to apply my experience to support organisations with their senior leadership and talent effectiveness. I work with clients to develop their people, maximising team and individual potential. I'm passionate about high performance and personal wellbeing, especially our Going The Distance programme. I aim to get a mention of Watford FC into every programme.
I am responsible for developing great client relationships and ensuring the successful rollout of our Australian programs. With a background in account management, content design and coaching, I love providing opportunities for people to see and realise their own potential. Collaborating to enable learning and development at the organisational level is a dream. When I’m not at work, you can find me teaching yoga or out in nature with my husband.
I work in our busy IT department, helping with all things technical. I have often been referred to as a “Button Manager”, if it's got a button, then I manage it! I enjoy working in IT as it allows me to interact with every part of our business all over the world. I am a keen cyclist and enjoy working in our HQ in the English Lake District, a great place for outdoor adventures. I have worked for impact for over 15 years and am very proud of all that we achieve.
I am responsible for the accounting tasks. I have always loved working with numbers and after receiving my bachelor degree in accounting at ACU ( Australian Catholic University), I fell into something that I actually enjoy. I consider myself very organised with an excellent work ethic and with desire to constantly improve. I am originally from Brazil and love the beaches and tropical weather.
I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? Ask my wife and my 6-year old twins.
My role is to create and sustain positive client relationships and ensure the successful implementation of global programmes. I work in partnership with my clients to develop customised solutions using our innovative approach to leadership. After five years living in different parts of the world I love being back in the Lakes, I spend most of my time indulging in great food with friends and exploring the beautiful place I get to call home.
I co-founded Impact in 1980 to explore adventure and experiential learning in people development. It worked! We now inspire and develop people worldwide. Shared values, a common purpose and a spirit of adventure bind us together. With over 200 colleagues working in the UK, Europe, America and Asia Pacific, we have a solid reputation for enabling clients to build leadership capacity and navigate complex change. To stay grounded, I rear rare breed cattle and sheep.
Over the past 16 years at Impact I've worked around the world with some truly wonderful people. I've been the lead facilitator on many large-scale initiatives focused on developing leadership capability, high performing teams and coaching. I love the outdoors, and spend many hours at the beach with my wife and daughter.
In my early career I practised as an architect in the UK and Japan. This taught me a huge amount about being curious, creative and professional to solve clients' needs. For the last 18 years I've worked globally on developing innovative world-class solutions that delight and excite clients. It's been an incredible journey from Tokyo, to Bangkok, to Paris, to New York and of course Windermere - our HQ! I love it!
My coaching & facilitation expertise builds on a strong foundation of 20+ years in senior management positions including global and regional roles. I guide leaders to their peak potential and help enhance their professional and personal impact. I grew up in India and then studied and worked in Switzerland for 23 years before moving to Singapore. This has helped me successfully bridge Eastern and Western thinking, with an in-depth understanding of both cultures.
Over the last 9 years at Impact, I have provided strategic leadership and mentorship in operational, client service and account growth functions. My belief and commitment to Impact's work and culture inspires me to authentically live our values and take a vested interest in connecting people with what they need to be their best. Being a mom of three young girls keeps everyday an adventure and in my spare time I love to golf.
I have been supporting business development for over 20 years. As a Personnel Director, I was associated with the telecommunications and financial industry, I also conducted mergers and acquisitions of large financial organizations. I am psychologist and psychotherapist by education and graduated from MBA and AMP business studies. I love outdoor activities, especially in the mountains.
When asked "What do you do for work?" it is not uncommon for me to respond, "Light Bulb Moment Technician". I have been fortunate to be filled with such energy through my talent, leadership, and organisational development work. When I am not working I take my role as Aunt Cassie with my husband, Josh, very seriously! It is the greatest thrill to teach them to ride motorcycles, do yoga, and explore the world.
I love exploring issues that my clients face and helping to find practical solutions. My other roles include developing Impact’s thinking around leadership and team development, and using systemic perspectives to encourage responsible leadership in business and society. Convincing, articulate and credible as a facilitator, I'm passionate about helping people realise their full potential...including myself! I love ski-mountaineering and any ways to access wild places.

I am a program manager located in sunny Florida. My background in hospitality gives a keen eye to being customer focused. I love that every day brings something new, whether it is supporting on a program or managing logistical details. Outside of work you’ll most likely find me running or nose deep in a book on the beach with my pup.
