The Leading Edge | Zurich

City by night from above

Ding, ding! The future of work is calling. What's shaping our tomorrow? Is the future written by AI? How will the uncertain geopolitical landscape affect us? Is the home office making you yawn? How do we manage a multi-generational workforce in the office playground? What is responsible for ‘the great exhaustion’ and how can we mitigate burnout?

As the stakes rise and push us towards the edge, how do you, as leader, ride the wave? Prepare to lead, adapt, and thrive. Because the future isn't just about knowing - it's about leading with human-centricity.
