Emerging Talent Accelerator

Developing future leaders who create value faster

Turning potential into performance

Organisations are increasingly looking to accelerate the readiness of emerging talent. They need people who can contribute quickly, work effectively across teams and functions, and take ownership in environments where priorities shift rapidly.

The Emerging Talent Accelerator is a highly experiential 2.5-day leadership experience delivered from Kelsick, Impact's Global Centre for Experiential Learning, in the heart of the Lake District.

Participants learn alongside peers, stepping outside of their usual environment to develop the judgement, initiative and leadership behaviours that organisations need from their future talent.

Why this programme?
  • What makes this different?

Many development programmes focus on knowledge. This programme focuses on experience.

Through carefully designed challenges and facilitated reflection, participants are placed into real leadership moments where they must take initiative, work with others, make decisions with incomplete information and understand the impact they have on those around them.

Nature provides a powerful learning environment. It is unfiltered, consequence-driven and honest, creating the conditions for deeper reflection, stronger relationships and lasting learning.

Participants do not simply discuss leadership. They experience it.

    The Experience

The Emerging Talent Accelerator is a fully facilitated immersive journey combining:

    • Experiential, consequential leadership challenges
