Sony Europe sought an innovative approach to the integration of its new European Senior Marketing team.


Together we created a CSR-based event – ‘Mission Critical Marketing’ – to meet Sony’s objectives whilst addressing the marketing needs of a major NGO, Sight Savers International.


Through this series of live interactive business projects, the Sony team underwent a powerful learning experience facilitated by Impact. Sight Savers have successfully implemented an 18-month global marketing plan in partnership with Sony.
