Parte del Gruppo Generali, Alleanza è la principale compagnia di assicurazioni in Italia. Impact ha creato un viaggio esperienziale ispiratore per 600 dipendenti commerciali.

A seguito del nostro lavoro con i dirigenti senior di Alleanza, Impact Italia è stata incaricata di gestire la convention di Alleanza per i 600 migliori commerciali. Impact ha avuto il compito di trasformare il loro evento annuale in un viaggio esperienziale ispiratore, da tenere nella piccola isola greca di Kos.

Il programma ha suddiviso i 600 partecipanti in 40 team. Ogni team è stato incaricato di realizzare una serie di progetti esperienziali, offrendo l'opportunità di sviluppare e migliorare le abilità di lavoro di squadra, gestione del tempo e altre competenze.
