About Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards
The HCM Excellence Awards® recognise top organisations who have deployed programmes, strategies, modalities, processes, systems, and tools that achieved superior and measurable results in human capital management. A panel of independent judges score each entry, and then the judging and scoring are reviewed by Brandon Hall Group’s executive leadership team, led by Rachel Cooke. Gold, silver, and bronze award levels are determined by the number of points each submission receives.
“Competition for top talent is at an all-time high, organisations that are innovative in the human capital management strategies are winning, and those are the organisations that submit for our awards,” said Rachel Cooke, Brandon Hall Group, COO.
