Open workshop

The Leading Edge | London

In a time of disruption, complexity, and rapid change – when only 43% of workers say their organisations have left them better off than when they started – the quality of our leadership has never been so important.

But it’s not about heroic individuals or predefined traits, nor is it about having all the answers, or holding control. In a world where uncertainty is the norm, leadership is about being able to notice what needs to change and having the courage to make it happen.

How do you develop yourself and others in your organisation to take leadership action?

Join Impact and a panel from Google, Starbucks, Vodafone and Stella McCartney for a half-day workshop at the House of Lords to:

  • Develop leadership as action with Impact’s award-winning leadership framework.
  • Discover how to empower people to take acts of leadership - small or bold - that move people and situations forward.
  • Learn from the experiences of a network of peers from industry leading organisations.

Whether you’re leading through change; navigating engagement, retention, or succession challenges; or striving to build a thriving culture; this immersive workshop offers hands-on experience and practical tools to help you take meaningful leadership action.

Bring your curiosity. Bring your challenges. Prepare to experiment and have fun. Leave with a fresh perspective on leadership – and the confidence to make an impact.
