At Impact, we pride ourselves on curating events that provide a platform for like-minded leaders to navigate the challenges they face. Join us for a two-day retreat on April 9 & 10 2026 at Omni Las Colinas. The retreat begins at 9am on Thursday and closes at noon on Friday.

We take full advantage of our surroundings and harness the power of nature as a tool for reflection and transformation. There really is no place like it to come together, delve into facilitated discussion, and leave with clarity, purpose and intention.
