Project management with Community Action Learning at Telecom Italia
Telecom Italia is the largest Italian telephone company.
Telecom Italia’s National Wholesale Services wanted a special development event for the 80 people in their Charging and Operations function. The programme needed to bring their Project Management culture to life through a meaningful experiential event.
Impact Italia designed a memorable three-day event that included:
- An in-depth update of current Project Management theory
- Experiential projects to reinforce and animate this theory
- A Community Action Learning (CAL) project
