Discovery Networks International collaborated with Impact on a multi-modular leadership transformation programme, Grow, for high potential senior managers or directors who had been identified as successors of future senior leadership roles across the business.
The programme aimed to equip participants with the key skills and capacities needed for senior leadership, such as self-awareness, critical reflexivity, an innovative growth mindset, agility, feedback, influencing and the propensity to act. Participants were encouraged to find the change, be the change and lead the change.
The multi-modular solution took place across several global locations and included challenging outdoor adventure activities, a dynamic Community Action Learning project with a local school, coaching, feedback sessions and a range of powerful inputs.
