Axess Logistics offers a total logistics solution for imported cars. Following a merger between three different competitors from three different countries, the newly formed executive team identified a need for a development journey to create a unified leadership team.

The solution combines facilitated executive team conversations with challenging outdoor adventure, feedback sessions, reflection and peer-to-peer review. The five-day face-to-face retreat was held in the Lake District and incorporated dynamic learning opportunities and highly experiential outdoor projects that aimed to encourage proactive high-performing leadership and collaboration skills and build strong working relationships.
