"HR have to be really agile, to know what is going on and to actually hear what employees are facing, what our leaders are facing, what the business is facing. And in terms of what I see has changed – and not only because of the pandemic, but also the situation where we are now – is that people voice more. They talk about their expectations, their fears, their stresses and this is something that wasn’t always present at an organisational level. This poses a huge challenge to our leaders and this is where HR can come in, to provide solutions and support that each of those groups require."
