Meet the team

I’ve been working at Impact for over 30 years and now advise on Safety. It’s a demanding job, but Impact also allows me time to have my own adventures. I am a qualified International mountain guide and run yearly expeditions to East Greenland. These experiences give me a healthy dose of “on the edge” experiences, helping me to sharpen my skills and foster a common sense approach to safety matters. There's always something different to give advice on.

There is so much value and learning that occurs when we understand people, processes, and performance. I “get zinged” when I empower individuals/organizations to look within, determine their “WHY”, tap into their authentic selves, leverage, or unleash their strengths and bring meaning to their “MISSION”. Self-awareness plays a critical role in all we do and how we interact with others. My faith and values drive my learning and living! It is important to live a life full of joy, authenticity, and intentionality. As a mom of half a dozen kids (two sets of twins), I must be the example I want my kids to see. If I can help others while I pass along then my living shall not be in vain. I do not balance life, I integrate it with positivity, gratitude, and action! In my spare time I enjoy serving, traveling, coaching, exploring cultures and food as well as interior decorating!

I'm based in Thailand, a country of beautiful islands, good food and nice people. I have a lot of fun working with people around the world. I have more than two decades of international finance and accounting experience. My real challenge is working with Inland Revenue offices in different countries! I love to explore the world through reading and travel and one day wish to have a little cafe where people can sit and have a coffee or few drinks and craft together.

I design projects to bring Sustainable Development Goals to life and get them into every programme we deliver. Globally. Universal in nature and relevant for all, the SDGs tackle the biggest issues facing our planet and everyone on it. I sit on the consultant team, support our Community Action Learning function and the wider and I’m the Impact UK representative for UNGC. I love running in the fells.

Bridging future-oriented research, innovation, and design principles and practices, my focus is on optimising our core business through developing and delivering resilient, human-centred solutions. I bring energy, raise questions, push boundaries and break rules. The most vital part of my life is the people within it, as the relationships we hold with one another are everything.

I am a passionate, strengths-based leadership coach and facilitator who focuses on taking what is right with people and creating more of it! I have a passion for driving sustainable DEI and well-being initiatives, specializing in LGBTQ+ and mental health topics.

My lifelong mission is to continue positively influencing both myself and those around me, while persistently seeking enjoyment.
Throughout my career, I've had various experiences, from utilizing cutting-edge technology in logistics to engaging in gritty tasks. Through these experiences, I've realized the importance of finding meaning and joy in everything I do. Although sustaining this mindset is not easy, I am committed to continuous learning to become a professional to bring a positive impact to people and organisations.

Since joining Impact in 2019, I've had the pleasure of working in the Business Development team, supporting our global BD teams with Lead Management. My passions lie in the outdoors, sports and surrounding myself with great people. Outside of work, you'll find me pottering around the Lake District fells on my mountain bike.

I'm passionate about organizational psychology and behavior and joined Impact after years of experiences in global business. I was inspired by the way Impact uses unique adventurous, experiential learning solutions, and now am passionate to help clients achieve real improvements in performance as a consultant. When I am not at work, you can find me walking around the city with my camera.

Leading the US finance department includes guiding my team, considering new ways for increased financial success, keeping the team financially informed and ensuring accurate reporting. I have a business/accounting degree and 15+ years experience as a CPA. I see myself as a finance skilled business partner rather than an accountant. I love spectator sports, food, wine, whisky, binge watching TV, travel, wood burning open fires and being outside in the fresh air.

It’s my privilege to manage Impact across Asia: and even the endless plane travel doesn’t dampen my enthusiasm for the brilliant work we do here for our clients. R&R for me is a glass of wine and stalking my teenagers on social media.

My job is managing financial issues: reports, financial simulations, payments, also preparing contracts for clients, associates, employees and much much more… from coordinating travel arrangements to organising internal meetings and workshops. I love working with Impact people – I’ve worked here since 2003 and have no plans to move! I’m crazy about my small bit of land near the river and forests where I travel almost every weekend with my family and friends.

I have a passion for helping people in organisations perform to their potential. I have spent the past 10 years co-creating solutions to develop high-performance cultures. I work in elite sports and use the transferability of the skills people need in those environments in a competitive business one. I completed my PhD researching Leadership & Well-being in blue-chip organisations and apply this to my practice.

I am happy to be responsible for creating and implementing new solutions as well as taking care of our clients and delivering adventurous programs. I see my purpose as working with people to help them be more aware of their power and inner wisdom and therefore to make our organisations and communities stronger. I get my energy from time with my gorgeous family, biking, reading in a hammock, listening and dancing to the music.

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

I love what I do! Each day is so different and brings challenges, interactions, and rewards. In my different roles I get to lead, mentor, coach, create solutions, and deliver life-changing experiences. I’m lucky to be surrounded by amazing colleagues - whom I get to call friends. I relax by spending time in nature – usually with my loving family but with the occasional solo adventure as well!

An adventurer, I was raised in the UK and have lived and worked in Eastern Europe, Spain and now (since 2012) Asia, where I head up Impact’s Singapore Office. A fierce supporter of the authentic self and advocate for individual growth, I care deeply for my team and clients, wanting them to shine for who they are. I have a keen sense of challenge and adventure, and away from work, you can find me with my young family (usually outdoors!).

Experiencing different industries such as rehabilitation, telecommunications and real estate sales, I came to the field of people and organizational development.
I strive to become who can 'unlock the potential of others‘ because I have been supported by various people providing me with 'opportunities' despite facing setbacks.
My favorite phrase is "Those with rich sensibilities are happier." Considering what makes people 'happy' as my guiding principle and I believe growth and contribution are extensions of this.

I’ve had a passion for enriching lives through deeply practical experiential learning, and immersion in adventure around the world for most of my career. As a British Army officer, expedition leader, leadership consultant and executive coach I’ve had the enormous privilege to facilitate learning experiences for others in over 40 different countries. My greatest gift - apart from my wife and kids - doing the work I love!

Over the previous 30 years, I’ve held Impact leadership roles in Asia, America and now globally. My focus is to partner with clients to solve their people development challenges. I lead global teams to deliver inspiring solutions that solve complex social, economic and environmental challenges of our clients. In work and play, I am adventurous, ambitious and deeply about people realising their potential.

I am responsible for the smooth running of the office and providing support to our close-knit team. With a background in design and marketing, I apply creatively to all facets in particular the development of presentations and proposals. I am passionate about health and well-being, practising yoga daily and surrounding myself with positive people which Is why I love working for Impact. 

As a Designer I am focussed on using Impact's experiential learning methodologies to create solutions which enable and sustain behaviour change. Prior to Impact I worked in the public sector where I gained experience in project and relationship management through partnership work with other public bodies and community organisations. I love going on outdoor adventures but I admit to being ‘fair-weather’ (and proud!) so on a wet day you can find me reading by a fire or in the kitchen testing out new recipes.

In all my work, I am driven by a profound interest in what moves and motivates people. I believe that everybody can make significant improvements through continuous self-exploration. I deliver individual coaching, workshops and training programs with the focus of increasing the potential of Senior Managers and High Potentials and developing their team leadership skills as well as helping them with behavioural change initiatives which naturally bring along performance improvements. 

At Impact I have worn many hats from business development, project management, technical support, and currently in the marketing team. Outside of work I enjoy nothing more than getting outdoors and into the hills as a keen climber, runner, and cyclist.
