Meet the team

Before Joining Impact in 2002 I worked as an outdoor guide for nature tourism, kayaking and trekking in the ocean and forest. Using this experience, my strengths are in creating and coordinating programmes that provide learning experiences through outdoor activities. Beyond this role I wear several different hats, such as managing our website and managing H&S. Personally, I love to do challenging journeys by sea kayak and bike in many countries.

As a Client Services Consultant at Impact I work with clients on the West Coast and in Western Canada to support experiential leadership learning initiatives. I recently joined Impact after my previous experiences as Director at Linkage and Director of Client Engagement at The Gallup Organization. Outside of work you will find me spending time with my three boys and wife or up in the mountains skiing.

I love the variety of my role, working with global clients on complex projects and learning from inspiring Impact people, no two days are the same. I’m responsible for the quality of customer service, building excellent client relationships, providing commercial strategies with meticulous project scoping and planning, alongside first class solution delivery and evaluation. I love the outdoors; walking, running or camping with our two boys and crazy cocker spaniel. 

I've enjoyed more than 11 challenging years of international work with senior leadership teams; designing & delivering innovative programmes; managing global delivery teams and coaching individuals. I'm known for an insightful and engaging style and love working in the moment with a courageous approach to challenging interventions. I love relaxing with my wife, watching my daughters perform (singing or horse riding), or sharing outdoor adventures.

“Creator,” a relatively new job in Impact Japan, is a role to generate programmes, programme-tools, marketing tools, sales tools as well as internal-use tools based on new ideas. Although I do not directly work neither with our clients nor participants of our programme, I am always willing to support you all.

Having worked at Impact's UK HQ and Tokyo office, I have been heading up Impact China and developing new business in China and Asia Pacific since 2009. As a professional consultant, I have over fifteen years of management experience covering strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, business development, and worldwide operational excellence. I am extensively involved in the development and delivery of talent development projects at all levels of organisations. 

With over 20 years at Impact, I've contributed to the design and delivery of over a thousand programmes. And what if the secret of success is to continue to refine something even if you've done it dozens of times? Outside of work, I like gardening and interior design. I live on the crest of an extinct volcano, with the Mediterranean Sea to my west. After sunset I keep fit by jogging around a golf course.

I love to lead development. Development of reflection, knowledge and conviction. Personal and individual. Development of values, attitudes, performance and decisions. For a better understanding of People and for a greater invest into the worlds future.

My first school had the motto 'Aim High' and that has always resonated with me. I rise to a challenge, both personally & professionally, enjoying new situations and solving difficult & complex problems. I certainly had plenty of those as International Treasurer of Goldman Sachs and as a Director for the London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics. I joined the Board of Impact to help grow the business globally. It's great to be part of such a diverse global team!

I’m passionate in helping individuals to step into their authentic selves. Through unique experiences and conversations, I believe each individual is able to navigate everyday challenges in their work and personal lives. When I’m not supporting Impact’s great work, I’m out in nature: walking, running, biking, and teaching yoga.

My area of focus is “Sustainability and Responsibility”, and I am passionate about using my years-long experience from the non-profit sector in my present job. In addition to that, I support the team in any other possible way – in translations, formatting documents, gathering data, and communication with associates. I love biking, backpacking and vegan cooking.

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

Having the job title 'analyst' means that I've been lucky enough to get involved in a wide range of projects both internally and working with clients. I love helping people get the most out of the tools they are using, making processes as efficient as possible and understanding data – all of which is part of my work every day. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the Lake District somewhere with my family.

For over 22 years, as a consultant, coach and partner, I support leaders, teams and organizations in the process of change. I am an "educational gadget-head.", sharing what I learn with others, because of my passion for people development. Privately my husband and I run “No Kill” fishing-field, building a community of exceptional people.

Leading the US finance department includes guiding my team, considering new ways for increased financial success, keeping the team financially informed and ensuring accurate reporting. I have a business/accounting degree and 15+ years experience as a CPA. I see myself as a finance skilled business partner rather than an accountant. I love spectator sports, food, wine, whisky, binge watching TV, travel, wood burning open fires and being outside in the fresh air.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...

Over the previous 30 years, I’ve held Impact leadership roles in Asia, America and now globally. My focus is to partner with clients to solve their people development challenges. I lead global teams to deliver inspiring solutions that solve complex social, economic and environmental challenges of our clients. In work and play, I am adventurous, ambitious and deeply about people realising their potential.

People are at the heart of everything I do and I care deeply about ensuring individuals and teams have the skills, support and temperament to best deal with their future. In my spare time I chair the board of a local art gallery and support the development of our growing community of emerging and successful artists.

Hi there! I'm Daniel, a frontend developer with 9+ years of experience. I have a deep passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that leave a positive impact. Alongside coding, I'm also interested in exploring SEO marketing strategies to enhance online visibility for brands. I find inspiration in pushing the boundaries of web development and constantly seeking new ways to improve the digital experience. Outside work, you'll find me with friends, family, and hiking with my miniature dachshund.

I’m a consultant with an international and multicultural background and approach my work with contagious enthusiasm and commitment. My experience working with both large corporations and small startups gave me a deep insight into overcoming business operational hurdles and developing proactive trainings paths to grow and enhance teams. Over the years I’ve gained experience in facilitating and promoting dialogue in B2B partnerships and creating organizational innovation projects.

Working with Impact allows me to cross-germinate ideas and learnings between clients globally. In an ever-changing, dynamic business environment, I promote everyone to be designers of possibilities.

I am passionate about adding value to leadership development, strategic management, team performance, unleashing creativity and collaborative innovation, diversity, equity and inclusion, emotional intelligence and cross cultural management. Joyous moments include contributing to Malta’s entry into the EU, Ethiopian Airlines and Astana International Financial Centre, Kazakhstan’s success. On my bucket list is experiencing the Northern Lights and visiting the Galapagos Islands.
