Impact partner with local and global clients to create custom designed learning solutions. Our expertise is in experiential learning and determining what that learning looks like by deeply understanding our client’s context and development needs. 

We organise our people in relation to specific accounts, creating a small team called a Client Service Team (CST) with the skill and experience needed across the full end to end process.

They manage multiple clients, teams, and priorities, addressing disruptions and ensuring seamless execution.

  • High level of competence in Microsoft Office. Proficient in Smartsheet or similar project planning tools preferable but not essential. 
  • Familiarity with web-based tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Vimeo, Adobe Connect, Mural, GSuite, SpatialChat, etc.) desirable but not essential

How

  • Collaborate with the CST to plan and achieve project milestones and execute account strategies
  • Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of programmes and solutions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring flawless on-time and profitable project execution
  • Be accountable across several CST, managing a complex portfolio of clients, both domestic and global, virtual, face-to-face and blended
  • Contribute to high-performing team culture, collaborating and engaging with both the CST and the wider Project Management team
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a main point of contact for operational aspects
  • Have a working knowledge and understanding of Impact’s methodologies, associate fee structure, client contracting and invoicing process  

Programme Development and Logistics

  • Attend design meetings when appropriate, ensuring technical scope of proposed work is operationally feasible, managing design related cost throughout project, and align materials with brand guidelines 
  • Arrange CST launches, check-ins, and follow-up meetings. Provide clarity on deliverables to the CST and manage internal performance expectations and reviews
  • Develop and maintain project plans, monitoring progress against KPIs and client milestones 
  • Manage resource staffing, procurement, IT requirements, and project logistics
  • Ensure accurate recording of commercial data in the Impact database system, staffing, scheduling etc
  • Manage virtual programme platforms, staff briefings, and delegate programme activities 
  • Supervise logistics, including accommodation, catering, AV, and participant travel 
  • Oversee administration, production, and distribution of programme materials
  • Manage psychometrics setup, administration, and distribution 
  • Coordinate post-programme follow-up activities 
  • Liaise with clients and venues for smooth programme experiences 
  • Ensure compliance with client-agreed policies and procedures 
  • Drive the evaluation strategy to demonstrate value and benchmark success

  • Starting salary of £28,000, with potential to progress within the function. Profit share, bonus scheme and pension scheme are all in there too
