Psychological Wellbeing

Challenge your self talk if it's making you anxious.  How likely is that to happen.

Physical Wellbeing

Eat Healthily - Good amounts of fruit and vegetables, a good balance between carbs/proteins. Keep well hydrated.

Move - Cardio/Strength/Flexibility.  Look for ways to be active, be creative. Establish a routine.

Sleep - Cool bedrooms, no ambient light, write down concerns before bed... all might help.

Philosophical Wellbeing

Tell the people you love that you love them - they will feel good and so will you.

Do something everyday that makes you feel good about yourself.
