My affection for other cultures is expressed through my love of sport, food and travel. I am also a qualified pilot.
I am a program manager and I love that every day is different, from working on different tasks involved to make a program run smoothly to talking and meeting clients. I come from a hospitality background so I love the client facing aspect of my role here at Impact, as well as making sure every piece of the program is on schedule. Outside of work I am always doing something like teaching dance, travelling, and going to the beach!
I like Impact's people, its culture and the programmes we run so much! I always try to figure out what kind of programme would "Inspire & Develop" the participants, and then propose a solution which meets the client's expectation. I am very happy and inspired when I see the behavioural changes in teams and each participant. My hobbies are scuba diving and road biking!
I love creating exciting digital experiences, and the opportunity to do so for a company genuinely worth working for was simply too good to pass up. When I’m not behind a keyboard I can be found evangelising about the latest and greatest science and technology, learning something new, travelling the world or lumbering up the familiar fells of my home in the Lakes.

With a background in account management, content design and coaching, I love providing opportunities for people to see and realise their own potential. Collaborating to enable learning and development at the organisational level is a dream. When I’m not at work, you can find me teaching yoga or out in nature with my husband.

With more than 25 years experience, my work is primarily management consulting including OD, leadership development and executive, senior team development. I’m based in Boulder, Colorado, and serve a global role as Global Head of Solutions, and Americas Lead Design role. I design custom, immersive leadership challenges to realistically reflect emerging business issues. I also deliver organisational analysis and consulting focused on improving strategic execution.
I am happy to be responsible for creating and implementing new solutions as well as taking care of our clients and delivering adventurous programs. I see my purpose as working with people to help them be more aware of their power and inner wisdom and therefore to make our organisations and communities stronger. I get my energy from time with my gorgeous family, biking, reading in a hammock, listening and dancing to the music.

Having worked at Impact's UK HQ and Tokyo office, I have been heading up Impact China and developing new business in China and Asia Pacific since 2009. As a professional consultant, I have over fifteen years of management experience covering strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, business development, and worldwide operational excellence. I am extensively involved in the development and delivery of talent development projects at all levels of organisations.
My job is managing financial issues: reports, financial simulations, payments, also preparing contracts for clients, associates, employees and much much more… from coordinating travel arrangements to organising internal meetings and workshops. I love working with Impact people – I’ve worked here since 2003 and have no plans to move! I’m crazy about my small bit of land near the river and forests where I travel almost every weekend with my family and friends.
I manage equipment, projects and vehicles at our HQ. I have a certificate of competence in the inspection of personal protective equipment for adventure activities, level 3 qualification in transport managers professional competence and IOSH managing safely certificate. My sense of humour helps me to cope with a job which is at best dull. Playing guitar with the infamous Impact band "you get what you pay for" is simultaneously the moment I'm most and least proud of.
I have been a coach and mentor for 3 years. I changed my profession thanks to the inspiration of one of Impact's facilitators during the programme I participated. I enjoy to support managers in their development while still remembering what it's like to be on the other side. I have been in their place for 20 years - starting from sales management, ending up as the President of the Board.
Living in a modern world made me truly passionate about supporting organizations in change. At my current role I work with clients designing and delivering strategic workshops, leadership culture change programs and talent solutions. As a certified assessor I also run assessment and development centers for all management levels including executive level.
An avid traveller and outdoor adventure enthusiast I jump at the opportunity to try new things and am a pioneer at heart. I have spent the better part of the last 10 years working in experiential education and am deeply committed to developing responsible and sustainable leadership. I am passionate about inspiring, motivating and engaging people to fulfil their potential.
With over 20 years at Impact, I've contributed to the design and delivery of over a thousand programmes. And what if the secret of success is to continue to refine something even if you've done it dozens of times? Outside of work, I like gardening and interior design. I live on the crest of an extinct volcano, with the Mediterranean Sea to my west. After sunset I keep fit by jogging around a golf course.
I have been working in the Tokyo office since 1997. My main role is to support the entire office and delivery of operations including booking venues for programmes and communicating with associate facilitators. Controlling finances, including the monthly report to UK, is also in my responsibility. I am very busy handing a variety of projects every day! I enjoy watching performing arts and especially love wonderful musical collections from Andrew Lloyd Webber.
As an expert in organisational and behavioral change, I have a long history of consultancy and helping professionals to become better versions of themselves. I’m still studying on a daily basis to enhance my approach to training and development (technical or interpersonal) for sustainable behavioural change. I use theory, proven methodologies, practical applications, coaching and innovation to make it happen. I love the outdoors, beauty and life!

Having joined Impact UK in 1997 as a facilitator before establishing US operations in 2001, my passion lies in leading Impact’s business and partnering with clients to architect custom leadership development programs. I’m a British national, husband, father of four, outdoor enthusiast and mountaineer. I’m always seeking my next adventure, my greatest accomplishment (other than having four boys!) was summiting Everest in 2005.
Since 2006 I have coordinated programme delivery. This involves meeting facilitators and consultants to design great modules, using creativity to ensure participants have profound learning experiences that add value to their organisation. I manage project set up and use technical skills such as abseil belaying. I have a teaching licence to teach PE. Now I enjoy working using my body, so I love to do exercise and jogging, swimming, gymnastics, and most outdoor things!
After 26 years working for Sony in senior HR roles in Japan, Singapore, Sweden, Germany and the UK, I joined Impact to apply my experience to support organisations with their senior leadership and talent effectiveness. I work with clients to develop their people, maximising team and individual potential. I'm passionate about high performance and personal wellbeing, especially our Going The Distance programme. I aim to get a mention of Watford FC into every programme.
Before joining Impact, I was a Ph.D. research assistant focusing on Cultural and Musical Sociology. Through my studies, I’ve played over 40 culturally unique string instruments and have similarly heard over 300. Using this experience and knowledge, I currently develop new innovative experiential learning solutions for our clients and facilitate their completion.
I've enjoyed more than 11 challenging years of international work with senior leadership teams; designing & delivering innovative programmes; managing global delivery teams and coaching individuals. I'm known for an insightful and engaging style and love working in the moment with a courageous approach to challenging interventions. I love relaxing with my wife, watching my daughters perform (singing or horse riding), or sharing outdoor adventures.
