I design projects to bring the Sustainable Development Goals to life and to get them into every programme we deliver. Globally. Universal in nature and relevant for all, the SDGs tackle the biggest issues facing our planet and everyone on it. I sit in the consultant team, support our Community Action Learning function and the wider Global Responsible Leadership Team and I’m the Impact UK representative for UNGC. I love running in the fells.

Since joining Impact in 1999 life became very interesting for me! I am meeting fascinating people every day, I am privileged to peek into their daily challenges and successes. Executive teams, line managers, and employees - I love to have a full picture, and inspire them to make their lives easier, less stressful, more productive or simply more fun! I couldn’t ask for a better job.
I’m passionate about learning and helping people get the best out of themselves. I’ve been working at Impact for over 30 years and now advise on Safety. It’s a demanding job, but Impact also allows me time to have my own adventures. I am a qualified International mountain guide and run yearly expeditions to East Greenland. These experiences give me a healthy dose of “on the edge” experiences, helping me to sharpen my skills and foster a common sense approach to safety matters. There's always something different to give advice on.
I’ve worked in learning and development since 2000 across a broad range of sectors. People are amazing. We have so much going on and yet we are capable of such incredible things. I’m incredibly grateful to work with amazing people, helping them learn, grow, and maximise their potential. Based in beautiful NZ, I work with a fascinating mix of clients throughout Asia. When not immersed in my work, I love spending time in nature with my wonderful family.
I was lucky enough to join as the third member of the US team in 2006 and have done almost every role in the business including design, delivery, sales support, project management and even bookkeeping! That breadth of experience has helped me in my current leadership role, it allows me to understand the business from multiple perspectives and focus on operational excellence. My nickname is Wiki because I can usually help find the answer!
