I joined Impact in 2014. My current role in finance allows me to connect with and support many colleagues across the region. My work has been enjoyable and worthwhile as I am able to contribute locally & regionally. I find Impact is a good place to work as there is a flexibility and work life balance. Working with a diverse team is fascinating. It is a place where you can be yourself and unique.
As an Account Director, I bring more than 10 years of L&D experience, where I started two different professional learning departments. My passion is for driving excellent client engagement and providing superior customer success. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me solving the innumerable life crises of my four daughters via cell phone, reading on my nook at the beach, and hoping that the NY Jets will win the Super Bowl in my lifetime.
I started my career at a global automobile parts manufacturing company, where I got interested in people development. Currently I am enjoying my journey at Impact, improving my knowledge and skills, to find the best solutions for our clients. I enjoy travelling both in Japan and overseas. I like reading books and staying indoors, but also enjoy scuba diving and going outside to see friends and new experiences.
I’m new to Impact and to the business in general. My area of focus is “Sustainability and Responsibility” and I am passionate about using my years long experience from the non-profit sector in my present job. In addition to that I support the team in any other possible way – in translations, formatting documents, gathering data, communication with associates. I love biking, backpacking and vegan cooking.
Having worked at Impact's UK HQ and Tokyo office, I have been heading up Impact China and developing new business in China and Asia Pacific since 2009. As a professional consultant, I have over fifteen years of management experience covering strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, business development, and worldwide operational excellence. I am extensively involved in the development and delivery of talent development projects at all levels of organisations.
Since joining Impact in 1999 life became very interesting for me! I am meeting fascinating people every day, I am privileged to peek into their daily challenges and successes. Executive teams, line managers, and employees - I love to have a full picture, and inspire them to make their lives easier, less stressful, more productive or simply more fun! I couldn’t ask for a better job.
After living in France and working in the ski industry for 13 years, I decided to move back to the UK, with no real plan. I love running, although I’m not very fast, and love the outdoors. While trying to figure out what my next step would be I came across Impact, and I have been lucky enough to join the team as a Programme Coordinator. I am looking forward to the challenge of learning something new and being part of the Impact family.
I spend with Impact more than 20 years. Regardless of my role, my job was always working with people for people. I see Impact as a community of people that adds an extra value to world by building organisation worth working for and I truly believe We make a difference. Currently my main focus is to help organisations to change by creating and delivering solutions that engage people in transformation processes.
I was an associate for Impact for 21 years before becoming part of the full-time team. I love the sense of fun, friendship, camaraderie and the way Impact works. Oh, by the way I’m on the Technical Support Team – ropes and boats, programme design and logistics and lots of other things too. I love my job, get loads of out of it, meet lots of amazing people and learn new things all the time – how lucky am I?
With over 20 years' experience in organisation evolution and people development, working for both small and international companies, my distinctive attributes are positive energy, curiosity, and assertiveness. I believe that no business Strategy can be delivered without a people Strategy, which leads my daily commitments traveling in Italy and Europe.
I am a non-executive board member of both Impact and the National Theatre of Wales. My background is in leading technology organisations, including running global transformational change projects at Sony and Motorola. I am committed to social responsibility having led award-winning Solarcentury, the UK’s fastest growing energy company, and SunnyMoney, an organisation that distributes solar lighting in the most needy off-grid communities in Africa.

I am responsible for our support team and coordinating the Warsaw office. I project manage, which includes monitoring facilitation, communicating with partners, background logistics and managing course equipment for our fantastic experiential projects. Since joining in 2005 my role has developed through office manager and H&S advisor. I love what I do and the people I work with. Personally, I am getting to know my young son and understand his world.
I love creating exciting digital experiences, and the opportunity to do so for a company genuinely worth working for was simply too good to pass up. When I’m not behind a keyboard I can be found evangelising about the latest and greatest science and technology, learning something new, travelling the world or lumbering up the familiar fells of my home in the Lakes.
I like Impact's people, its culture and the programmes we run so much! I always try to figure out what kind of programme would "Inspire & Develop" the participants, and then propose a solution which meets the client's expectation. I am very happy and inspired when I see the behavioural changes in teams and each participant. My hobbies are scuba diving and road biking!
I have a global role around developing and sharing our learning practice, which I combine with designing and delivering some of our more complex client solutions. I have developed and pioneered ‘Solution Mapping’ – Impact’s consultancy framework, and specialise in evaluation strategies, as well as designing leadership action based simulations. I'm Impact’s unofficial Chief Cartoonist and, wherever possible, I use cartoons to bring insights and concepts to life.
As resourcing manager I drive business processes to improve efficiency, maintain quality relationships with our teams of global consultants and ensure the best strategic fit is sourced for all our clients. I love that we operate in fast paced environment, always requiring you to be one step ahead and I value the connections we have globally as these add such diversity to our daily business operations.
Brought up in the Lakes with a sense of adventure and a motto of 'Aim High', I've embraced a career full of change, challenges and travel. From financial consulting in the Australian outback, being International Treasurer of Goldman Sachs to helping organise the London 2012 Olympics. So what now? As a consultant, organisational psychologist, account manager and researcher…I endeavour to encompass all the different aspects of life in the organisation! To me the organization is a magic happening between individuals, groups and their work contexts. I deal with the entire consulting process: from the proposal development, to the client management, intervention delivery and evaluation process. I love the countryside, baking cakes & capoeira!
As the Marketing Manager I am responsible for growing Impact’s brand awareness in the marketplace and creating all marketing campaigns. Before joining Impact, I worked at several technology companies improving my skills in digital, strategic business development and marketing. I enjoy working with talented people who are passionate about what they do. Love running, playing the piano and landscape painting.
I am passionate and committed to helping others be the best they can be, whether they're senior leaders or young talent. In my Global Talent role I support the recruitment, induction and development of our full time and associate consultants. This fantastic role has allowed me to work with many of our global team since 1992. Despite being old enough to know better I compete as a Master at a world level at Mountain Bike Orienteering and manage the Great Britain team.
