I joined Impact in 2014. My current role in finance allows me to connect with and support many colleagues across the region. My work has been enjoyable and worthwhile as I am able to contribute locally & regionally. I find Impact is a good place to work as there is a flexibility and work life balance. Working with a diverse team is fascinating. It is a place where you can be yourself and unique.
I am a bold and vibrant multidisciplinary graphic designer, driven by the power of communication and how a piece of design can provoke thought, emotion and action. I aim to bring energy, raise questions, push boundaries and break rules. For me, the most vital part of my life is people. People, and the relationships we hold with one another, are everything.
With over 25 year experience working as a Consultant and Executive Coach specialized in People Management and in topics related to organizational development, I had the chance to come across Impact after an International experience in UAE and South Korea. Living abroad I got familar with different cultures and change. Coaching people along their transformational journey, supporting organizations throughout change is what really matters to me, my job!
I joined Impact after a long work experience in airline business and HRD business. After working with hundreds of people I became convinced in the power of fun which I believe drives us to advance. Impact is a unique place where I can share that power with more people.

Here at Impact I have the pleasure of managing a portfolio of impressive global programmes and a number of our key clients. I like to simplify the complex, gain clarity where there is ambiguity and drive efficiency and quality through my project teams. I love meeting different people and understanding what makes them tick! I'm full of energy, constantly smiling and always ready for the next adventure.
As the resident ‘islander', I bring my passion for life and the excitement of the Caribbean culture to the L&D industry and my role as a change agent. With 25 years experience and a doctorate in organizational leadership, I love incorporating new neuroscientific research when designing and facilitating powerful development solutions. You'll find me playing with my 3 incredible children in the Florida sunshine, walking the intercostal, or on the beach with a book.

After 26 years working for Sony in senior HR roles in Japan, Singapore, Sweden, Germany and the UK, I joined Impact to apply my experience to support organisations with their senior leadership and talent effectiveness. I work with clients to develop their people, maximising team and individual potential. I'm passionate about high performance and personal wellbeing, especially our Going The Distance programme. I aim to get a mention of Watford FC into every programme.
I am responsible for the accounting tasks. I have always loved working with numbers and after receiving my bachelor degree in accounting at ACU ( Australian Catholic University), I fell into something that I actually enjoy. I consider myself very organised with an excellent work ethic and with desire to constantly improve. I am originally from Brazil and love the beaches and tropical weather.
As a Designer I am focussed on using Impact's experiential learning methodologies to create solutions which enable and sustain behaviour change. Prior to Impact I worked in the public sector where I gained experience in project and relationship management through partnership work with other public bodies and community organisations.
I’ve been working at Impact for over 30 years and now advise on Safety. It’s a demanding job, but Impact also allows me time to have my own adventures. I am a qualified International mountain guide and run yearly expeditions to East Greenland. These experiences give me a healthy dose of “on the edge” experiences, helping me to sharpen my skills and foster a common sense approach to safety matters. There's always something different to give advice on.
In my role I am able to leverage the experience I have in my years as an L&D Specialist. I flourish in environments where I'm able to uncover opportunities to develop people and organisations in line with their vision and strategy. Outside of work I can be found in the English Lake District with a flask of tea, my husband, my son and my dog!
My enthusiasm for life is ignited when surrounded by inspiring people and growing through exploration. Born in Canada, my passions have led me to travel within various countries. I joined Impact motivated by their commitment to empowering people and business cultures to thrive while making a positive difference.
I manage and conduct activities related to the end-to-end implementation of client solutions, sales and service. With a focus on programme delivery, I work with a range of global clients ranging from graduates to senior leaders. In my free time, you’ll catch me out and about in the Lake District, planning mad adventures and playing netball.
I look after clients from tender, right through to evaluation. Three of my four main clients are global, so it’s about managing time differences too. I am the 'go to' person for many other things as I've worked here since 1991. I'm open, honest and always have an opinion! Questions usually start with “you will know...” I like nothing more that being up a hill in the Lake District or French Alps and camping in Cornwall with family and friends.
As a consultant, I like Impact's programmes because every one of our projects could make the participants think deeply about their issues in the workplace, and move forward for their business success. I am excited when exploring a solution for my clients' current and future business challenges. Besides my job, I like cooking, travelling, fine arts, musicals, Japanese KABUKI, opera etc.

Recently single - swipe right... Oh wait, wrong profile! I work as part of the Programme Management team and enjoy every second of Impact life! I love building relationships with external and internal people I work with. Handling logistics, and providing support to Programme Managers are just a few examples of daily life in the office.
I’m new to Impact and to the business in general. My area of focus is “Sustainability and Responsibility” and I am passionate about using my years long experience from the non-profit sector in my present job. In addition to that I support the team in any other possible way – in translations, formatting documents, gathering data, communication with associates. I love biking, backpacking and vegan cooking.
Passionate about creating organisations worth working for and developing strong interpersonal relationships, I am responsible for Australia’s business operations and marketing measures. With lunchbreaks at the beach and team runs through the national park, I am very grateful to be part of such an inspiring team and thriving culture.
Since joining Impact Thailand in 2006, I have been more energetic and enthusiastic to come to work. It is the best workplace that I can be myself. Everyday at work is great for me.

Before joining Impact, I was a Ph.D. research assistant focusing on Cultural and Musical Sociology. Through my studies, I’ve played over 40 culturally unique string instruments and have similarly heard over 300. Using this experience and knowledge, I currently develop new innovative experiential learning solutions for our clients and facilitate their completion.
I am happy to be responsible for creating and implementing new solutions as well as taking care of our clients and delivering adventurous programs. I see my purpose as working with people to help them be more aware of their power and inner wisdom and therefore to make our organisations and communities stronger. I get my energy from time with my gorgeous family, biking, reading in a hammock, listening and dancing to the music.
With over 20 years at Impact, I've contributed to the design and delivery of over a thousand programmes. And what if the secret of success is to continue to refine something even if you've done it dozens of times? Outside of work, I like gardening and interior design. I live on the crest of an extinct volcano, with the Mediterranean Sea to my west. After sunset I keep fit by jogging around a golf course.
I have the privileged position of sourcing our clever and creative talent pipeline. I assist with inductions and support managers in ensuring our people are happy and our policies are in place. Outside of work my teenagers and beautiful boxer dogs keep me busy. I enjoy cycling, piloxing, yoga and photography.
