I’ve worked in learning and development since 2000 across a broad range of sectors. I always enjoy the challenge of identifying participants needs and matching the environment, task and conversation to help create meaningful and long lasting learning. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring the outdoors with my family, be that on bikes, in canoes, rock climbing or even exploring underground; we love the challenges that adventure brings to our lives.
I have been a coach and mentor for 3 years. I changed my profession thanks to the inspiration of one of Impact's facilitators during the programme I participated. I enjoy to support managers in their development while still remembering what it's like to be on the other side. I have been in their place for 20 years - starting from sales management, ending up as the President of the Board.
Curiosity and culture have influenced my life since I was a kid and dug a hole in our yard attempting to arrive in China for dinner! I am passionate about connecting people and their purpose to experiences, and partnering with organisations that are on the journey of transformation. I love yoga, scuba diving, travel, and volunteering my skills in local and global communities.
My passion is for partnering with clients to understand what success looks like for them and identify development solutions that make a lasting difference. Many years in corporate, L&D and business school roles have given me helpful insights into how individuals and organisations learn. My other joys are my family, walking and you might even find me in the gym!
In the last 25+ years I’ve worked with many great organisations and love being able to bring a breadth and depth of experience to my programs. I currently regularly travel across Asia consulting for clients and looking after our great people. I'm described as an Energiser Bunny, I bring energy into everything I do, even if I'm stepping off a 12-hour flight! I recover by spending time with my family and exploring the wilderness in NZ with a fishing rod.
I have used my multi-cultural background in a range of multinational organisations. I have supported diverse multicultural organisations in developing and localising strategies to instil & realise behavioural change at an organisational & individual level.
I have also contributed in HRD/OD solution development and localisation. Fluent in Japanese and English and with MA in Linguistics. Love gardening and pottery.
I was lucky enough to join as the third member of the US team in 2006 and have done almost every role in the business including design, delivery, sales support, project management and even bookkeeping! That breadth of experience has helped me in my current leadership role, it allows me to understand the business from multiple perspectives and focus on operational excellence. My nickname is Wiki because I can usually help find the answer!
Wendy Lee Berger
As Programme Coordinator I support the Programme Managers with their clients and specific office administration duties, working alongside them in a supporting role to assist on client solutions and day to day client service. I feel fortunate to live in the Lake District and love spending time with my family/friends walking the hills, going on adventures, kayaking and camping.
I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? My role is to create and sustain positive client relationships and ensure the successful implementation of global programmes. I work in partnership with my clients to develop customised solutions using our innovative approach to leadership. After five years living in different parts of the world I love being back in the Lakes, I spend most of my time indulging in great food with friends and exploring the beautiful place I get to call home.

Koji Fukuta (Hook)
I am devoted to applying theory, practical application and innovation to people development. As a lead designer and facilitator with 10+ years experience I deliver custom client solutions globally, from graduates to senior leaders, virtually or f2f. My insatiable curiosity stays satisfied by reading, research and exploring the world. I love the culinary arts and although I enjoy cooking, my passion is simply being the consumer of freshly made delectable dishes.
Manuel (Manny) Larenas
I am like the Caulobacter crescentus (the strongest adhesive in nature), making sure our processes from program design to delivery all connect and exceed client expectation. I program manage through creating and driving our project plan, developing presentation materials, and coordinating on-site. Like the Caulobacter crescentus, I love to call anywhere near the water my home, enjoy adapting to new environments and making the best of any situation.
I love everything I do at Impact – meeting clients, developing relationships, seeing solution ideas become life-changing programmes, ensuring operations are smooth and effective, managing the numbers and creating a workplace full of happy, talented, passionate people. Since joining in 1990, Impact has shown me who I am and what I can do. I’m always doing something - active or relaxing, social or reflective, travelling or staying put - I just love life!
After many years in business environment, leading sales and operating teams, I decided to share my knowledge and practice as a coach and facilitator. Becoming Impact consultant enabled me to support leaders and talents in developing their leadership with a solid dose of the "fun factor" that Impact programs provide.
I have worked Impact Japan since 2003 and have progressed from sales manager to facilitator. I focus on developing leadership capabilities of middle managers and young people. I have been interested in the growth of people since majoring in psychology at university. As well as personal development, I want to concentrate on organisational development and workplace development. I like the culture of Impact International and enjoy my work.
I am a program manager located in sunny Florida. My background in hospitality gives a keen eye to being customer focused. I love that every day brings something new, whether it is supporting on a program or managing logistical details. Outside of work you’ll most likely find me running or nose deep in a book on the beach with my wife and our pup.
I manage programmes globally from sale to completion, and inspire and develop our programme management team, ensuring we deliver what the client needs whilst still retaining fun and a sense of humour. My most important responsibility is being the holder of the office treats jar; which I take very seriously! I love spending time with my son and Fiancée (when they’re on best behaviour) and I am currently planning my wedding extravaganza in the beautiful town of Sitges.
My role is varied, whether it’s establishing a new client partnership, building client relationships, organising ThinkTank, planning marketing strategy, sourcing social partners or managing delivery of our strategic projects…I am always there. I’m a family person and the biggest fan of my little daughter who is just discovering the world. I enjoy accompanying her on this journey and showing her wonderful places and activities - sports and travel.
As a consultant, organisational psychologist, account manager and researcher…I endeavour to encompass all the different aspects of life in the organisation! To me the organization is a magic happening between individuals, groups and their work contexts. I deal with the entire consulting process: from the proposal development, to the client management, intervention delivery and evaluation process. I love the countryside, baking cakes & capoeira!
An important element of my role is entering awards for Impact and for the inspirational work we do with our clients. I also write and edit content for our weekly newsletter, 'In Good Company'. I have many years of Impact experience as well as a professional marketing qualification. I care a lot about the work I do, the people I work with and the environment around me. I love being outdoors, I love living in the Lakes and feel lucky to be bringing my family up here.
As a Programme Manager I am responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our client solutions by managing and coordinating the client service teams. During my time at Impact I have worked with a broad mixture of clients and participants ranging from graduates to senior leaders. In my free time I enjoy spending time in the Lakes, planning my next holiday and spending time with friends and family.
I'm based in Thailand, a country of beautiful islands, good food and nice people. I have a lot of fun working with people around the world. I have more than two decades of international finance and accounting experience. My real challenge is working with Inland Revenue offices in different countries! I love to explore the world through reading and travel and one day wish to have a little cafe where people can sit and have a coffee or few drinks and craft together.
