I’m a member of Zinco, Impact’s in-house graphic design and web development team. My main focus is account management for our biggest external client. I design new concepts and pro-actively organise recurring projects. At home, my main pastime is trying to rein in my ever expanding guitar collection. It isn’t working.
As a Sales Professional with extensive knowledge of account business development and client relationship management, my passion lies in building great relationships with clients and really getting to know them in order to create customised solutions that help them to achieve their goals. Outside of work you can find me in the gym, or walking the beautiful Lake District fells with my camera in tow.
I am passionate and committed to helping others be the best they can be, whether they're senior leaders or young talent. In my Global Talent role I support the recruitment, induction and development of our full time and associate consultants. This fantastic role has allowed me to work with many of our global team since 1992. Despite being old enough to know better I compete as a Master at a world level at Mountain Bike Orienteering and manage the Great Britain team.

People are amazing. We have so much going on and yet we are capable of such incredible things. I’m incredibly grateful to work with amazing people, helping them learn, grow, and maximise their potential. Based in beautiful NZ, I work with a fascinating mix of clients throughout Asia. When not immersed in my work, I love spending time in nature with my wonderful family.
I have a great dual role: helping to create amazing projects with charities, schools and not for profits - working with people passionate about making a difference. My technical support role combines logistics, safety and ensuring smooth running adventure sessions in programmes. I always have a variety of projects and an adventure on the boil. I'm proud to be part of the team that set up Impact Australia, I made lifelong friends in Asia Pacific and around the world.
As a complex organisational context expert, first as an HR Manager then as a Consultant, I combine vision and concreteness. A pinch of alert and visionary madness is the secret ingredient I use in supporting leaders, managers and organisations in their growing and changing process. What I've been doing for 20 years is empower people’s point of view. My job excites me, enriches me, makes me a better person… and I have so much fun!
I like Impact's people, its culture and the programmes we run so much! I always try to figure out what kind of programme would "Inspire & Develop" the participants, and then propose a solution which meets the client's expectation. I am very happy and inspired when I see the behavioural changes in teams and each participant. My hobbies are scuba diving and road biking!
With more than 15 years of experience in business development, I continue to play to my strength in strategising and building relationships with our clients to improve their business results. I am a dragon boater. A sport where you will be physically fatigued and mentally challenged. Despite the intensity of paddling and competitive sports, we have to persevere to keep the boat moving and now, I am moving towards excellence with Impact.
I am happy to be responsible for creating and implementing new solutions as well as taking care of our clients and delivering adventurous programs. I see my purpose as working with people to help them be more aware of their power and inner wisdom and therefore to make our organisations and communities stronger. I get my energy from time with my gorgeous family, biking, reading in a hammock, listening and dancing to the music.
As a Programme Manager I am responsible for the end-to-end implantation of our client solutions by managing and coordinating the client service teams. During my time at Impact I have worked with a broad mixture of clients and participants ranging from graduates to senior leaders. In my free time I enjoy spending time in the Lakes, planning my next holiday and spending time with friends and family.
Analogue at birth, digital by design. I head up Impact's social media, website and newsletter "In Good Company", based in our London office. What excites me at work is bringing Impact's unique brand and tone of voice to life in all things online. I love travelling so you'd mostly find me not at home.
With over 15 years of consulting experience I’ve supported many leading organisations and people in their journey of change and development. I’m focused on uncovering a client’s needs and satisfying them with a rigorous theoretical approach, intuition, strategic thinking and sensitive interpersonal style. I’m inspired by adventure and I love sailing, walking and nature.
I’ve been working at Impact for over 30 years and now advise on Safety. It’s a demanding job, but Impact also allows me time to have my own adventures. I am a qualified International mountain guide and run yearly expeditions to East Greenland. These experiences give me a healthy dose of “on the edge” experiences, helping me to sharpen my skills and foster a common sense approach to safety matters. There's always something different to give advice on.
Before Joining Impact in 2002 I worked as an outdoor guide for nature tourism, kayaking and trekking in the ocean and forest. Using this experience, my strengths are in creating and coordinating programmes that provide learning experiences through outdoor activities. Beyond this role I wear several different hats, such as managing our website and managing H&S. Personally, I love to do challenging journeys by sea kayak and bike in many countries.
An important element of my role is entering awards for Impact and for the inspirational work we do with our clients. I also write and edit content for our weekly newsletter, 'In Good Company'. I have many years of Impact experience as well as a professional marketing qualification. I care a lot about the work I do, the people I work with and the environment around me. I love being outdoors, I love living in the Lakes and feel lucky to be bringing my family up here.
I co-founded Impact in 1980 to explore adventure and experiential learning in people development. It worked! We now inspire and develop people worldwide. Shared values, a common purpose and a spirit of adventure bind us together. With over 200 colleagues working in the UK, Europe, America and Asia Pacific, we have a solid reputation for enabling clients to build leadership capacity and navigate complex change. To stay grounded, I rear rare breed cattle and sheep.
I am a highly experienced Accounting and Financial Management professional with expertise in problem solving, business communications, project management and customer relationships. I’m an enthusiastic leader, successful in liaising across all levels, handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities. I enjoy attending live events; cheering on my favourite sporting teams, watching my friend’s rock band, and supporting my daughter’s dance team.
I have spent my working life helping organisations, teams and people to be the best that they can be. I believe in the power of expertly designed and facilitated experiential learning and the exciting potential that lies within every person given the right opportunity. In my work I believe that managers and leaders have a responsibility to ensure work is exciting, fulfilling and aspirational for the people working in and with their organisations.
My passion is for partnering with clients to understand what success looks like for them and identify development solutions that make a lasting difference. Many years in corporate, L&D and business school roles have given me helpful insights into how individuals and organisations learn. My other joys are my family, walking and you might even find me in the gym!
Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role I am responsible for supporting business in Poland and Central Europe and I am also co-creating with clients cultural transformation solutions.
With over 20 years' experience in organisation evolution and people development, working for both small and international companies, my distinctive attributes are positive energy, curiosity, and assertiveness. I believe that no business Strategy can be delivered without a people Strategy, which leads my daily commitments traveling in Italy and Europe.
Sum myself up in a paragraph? There’s a challenge! And maybe a good starting point. I like challenge. I like the challenge of grabbing attention with interesting, useful and relevant marketing. From a new website or re-brand to a sell-out festival, for me it’s all about customer first. I like a physical challenge too, and the challenge of how long I can last without listening to music!
