Meet the team

I joined Impact back in 1998 as a Management Accountant, and I am passionate about using financial information to inform and drive both short-term decision making and longer-term business strategy. I love living in the Lake District and exploring the surrounding lakes and mountains!

A lifelong passion for learning and leadership brought me to Impact, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. As a designer, facilitator, and thought partner, I embrace a scholar-practitioner mindset, running to the issues and engaging others with clarity, empathy, and authenticity. My favorite activity of each day is laughing, playing, and making up bedtime stories with my kids. They're hilarious!

Since I've joined Impact, I feel like my professional development grew exponentially. I feel very empowered by the company and by the values we bring each day into work. My goal is to learn how to best support our clients in every step of a consulting journey, as well as my colleagues, bringing a real change to the process. As a way to recharge I love to take long walks with my dog. My favourite sport is to hang out with friends, especially if in foreign countries!

I have experience as an HR Manager in multinational and Italian companies, managing L&D, recruitment, employees relations, coupled with across-the-board experience in consultancy projects on those subjects. Since 2013 I have been supporting organisations to change with a focus on learning and development with main focus on leadership, individual effectiveness, business coaching and change management.

I’ve spent my career partnering with clients to solve problems and drive their organizations forward. As Teddy Roosevelt (and then Leslie Knope) shared: “The greatest gift that life can give is to work hard at work worth doing.” I’m honored and thrilled to do meaningful work with my colleagues at Impact, leveraging powerful experiential learning experiences for our clients to create the ‘leaders they wish they had’. Outside of work I love to explore the beauty of Oregon by foot, bike or boat.

My job is to share amazing client stories with the world through integrated marketing campaigns. I love live events and building Impact's community, as well as research and content creation. I live for adventure...and cake!

I enjoy seeing others achieve in their own unique ways; therefore,  consider myself privileged to be a member of Impact's vibrant team. Being a member of an organisation that puts people first and provides worthwhile programs to enable people to take charge of their own development is satisfying. Being out in nature allows me to be in my zen space. I love all kinds of bridges, black-and-white photos, and trains.

My job is managing financial issues: reports, financial simulations, payments, also preparing contracts for clients, associates, employees and much much more… from coordinating travel arrangements to organising internal meetings and workshops. I love working with Impact people – I’ve worked here since 2003 and have no plans to move! I’m crazy about my small bit of land near the river and forests where I travel almost every weekend with my family and friends.

I am a Program Manager located in the heart of Texas. My favorite part of my role is interacting with so many different people daily while building and carrying out a variety of client-specific programs. Every day, I learn something new, and it excites me to continue growing in my position. When I am not working, you can find me dancing, rewatching Friday Night Lights, traveling, and spending time with my friends, family, and dogs! 

'Making Work Enjoyable for Children' I’ve spent 17 years in retail, gaining experience in sales, customer service, training, HR, and recruitment. This taught me that business growth relies on people’s growth, inspiring me to pursue my own and motivate children. A key moment was a training program at Impact Co. 11 years ago, sparking my passion for talent and organizational development. As a working mom, I focus on balance—committing to work weekdays and spending time with my toddler daughter on weekends. This balance is key. 

I am devoted to applying theory, practical application and innovation to people development. As a lead designer and facilitator with 10+ years of experience, I deliver custom client solutions globally. My insatiable curiosity stays satisfied by reading, researching and exploring the world. I love the culinary arts, and although I enjoy cooking, my passion is simply being the consumer of freshly made, delectable dishes. 

I am responsible for our support team and coordinating the Warsaw office. I project manage, which includes monitoring facilitation, communicating with partners, background logistics and managing course equipment for our fantastic experiential projects. Since joining in 2005 my role has developed through office manager and H&S advisor. I love what I do and the people I work with. Personally, I am getting to know my young son and understand his world. Life is a journey.

I was inspired by experiential learning on a leadership programme in 1992 and have worked for Impact ever since. Experiential learning and reflection alongside theory and skills input is a platform for real behaviour change for leaders. My passion is building an organisation worth working for and supporting our clients by developing people. I play football and enjoy discussing the match with friends. Drinking beer maybe more important than playing football.

I support the set up and administration related to the end-to-end implementation of client solutions in the UK and worldwide. I am an organised and passionate team player and I enjoy working as part of the various Client Service Teams who manage our clients. Not originally from the Lake District, I feel very lucky to now live and work in such a beautiful place in the UK. I love spending time with my friends and family and keeping fit.

I’ve been many in my working life: an HR Director, an entrepreneur, a leader, a coach, a salesman, a visionary, a confidant, a manager. And a friend. And I am still excited (and sometimes anxious) when I meet a new group of people. I genuinely enjoy it! This is the reason I'll probably work for another decade! The only difference compared to the past: today I can afford to only work on projects and with people that I really like and that gives me the feeling that it will be great fun!

Bridging future-oriented research, innovation, and design principles and practices, my focus is on optimising our core business through developing and delivering resilient, human-centred solutions. I bring energy, raise questions, push boundaries and break rules. The most vital part of my life is the people within it, as the relationships we hold with one another are everything.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I’ve worked in learning and development since 2000 across a broad range of sectors. I always enjoy the challenge of identifying participants needs and matching the environment, task and conversation to help create meaningful and long lasting learning. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring the outdoors with my family, be that on bikes, in canoes, rock climbing or even exploring underground; we love the challenges that adventure brings to our lives.

I’ve had a passion for enriching lives through deeply practical experiential learning, and immersion in adventure around the world for most of my career. As a British Army officer, expedition leader, leadership consultant and executive coach I’ve had the enormous privilege to facilitate learning experiences for others in over 40 different countries. My greatest gift - apart from my wife and kids - doing the work I love!

For over 22 years, as a consultant, coach and partner, I support leaders, teams and organizations in the process of change. I am an "educational gadget-head.", sharing what I learn with others, because of my passion for people development. Privately my husband and I run “No Kill” fishing-field, building a community of exceptional people.

I am responsible for “Re-Born Strategy” in Impact Japan, I am passionate about developing people and our organisation by executing all Re-Born strategic agendas. As a facilitator, I love creating and sharing the precious moments together with executives and managers who are reflectively asking themselves what leadership they would like to realise in their life/work. What I love most is drinking after working hard to make effort in realising my vision.

I am a passionate, strengths-based leadership coach and facilitator who focuses on taking what is right with people and creating more of it! I have a passion for driving sustainable DEI and well-being initiatives, specializing in LGBTQ+ and mental health topics.

With over 26 years as L&D and Internal Communication manager in large multinational companies, I’ve developed deep knowledge in consulting roles, building trusting relationships with all levels of an organization, implementing complex projects. I love my job, the countryside, animals and sports.
