Joining Impact was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am responsible for digital enablement and transformation across our global business, data protection programmes, amongst others. I really love the culture at Impact as it is very people-centric, focus driven and a dynamic workspace. Outside work, you will find me playing badminton, swimming, taking long drives and hanging out with friends.

In all my work, I am driven by a profound interest in what moves and motivates people. I believe that everybody can make significant improvements through continuous self-exploration. I deliver individual coaching, workshops and training programs with the focus of increasing the potential of Senior Managers and High Potentials and developing their team leadership skills as well as helping them with behavioural change initiatives which naturally bring along performance improvements. 

With over 26 years as L&D and Internal Communication manager in large multinational companies, I’ve developed deep knowledge in consulting roles, building trusting relationships with all levels of an organization, implementing complex projects. I love my job, the countryside, animals and sports.

AKA Bloodaxe. I am an accountant at Impact. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling and heavy metal. Not all at the same time, though – that’d be dangerous.

I’ve worked in learning and development since 2000 across a broad range of sectors. I always enjoy the challenge of identifying participants needs and matching the environment, task and conversation to help create meaningful and long lasting learning. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring the outdoors with my family, be that on bikes, in canoes, rock climbing or even exploring underground; we love the challenges that adventure brings to our lives.

As an Account Director with Impact, I’m able to leverage my ten years of Business Development and Account Management experience.  I thrive in environments where I am able to develop and uncover new opportunities with partners and businesses. Most of all, I am a people person and love building trusting relationships. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my husband, two boys and our dog.

As a consultant, organisational psychologist, account manager and researcher…I endeavour to encompass all the different aspects of life in the organisation! To me the organization is a magic happening between individuals, groups and their work contexts. I deal with the entire consulting process: from the proposal development, to the client management, intervention delivery and evaluation process. I love the countryside, baking cakes & capoeira!

Throughout my career, I've had various experiences, from utilizing cutting-edge technology in logistics to engaging in gritty tasks. Through these experiences, I've realized the importance of finding meaning and joy in everything I do. Although sustaining this mindset is not easy, I am committed to continuous learning to become a professional to bring a positive impact to people and organisations.

Being a manager of the delivery team in Impact Japan, I have been putting great effort and energy into realising our “Re-Born Strategy” from the delivery quality aspect. For my leadership style, creating trust is the most important factor. I support my team by creating trusting relationships, and as a facilitator, I use this quality to create a completely safe and open learning space in programmes. I love having a good time with people, drinking and karaoke.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I’ve had a passion for enriching lives through deeply practical experiential learning, and immersion in adventure around the world for most of my career. As a British Army officer, expedition leader, leadership consultant and executive coach I’ve had the enormous privilege to facilitate learning experiences for others in over 40 different countries. My greatest gift - apart from my wife and kids - doing the work I love!

I have been working in L&D since 1992 and joined Impact in 2004, providing design, management, and delivery expertise to clients around the globe. Current initiatives have me consulting with clients from multiple business sectors to coach and facilitate the development of key leadership talent. I am also a past adventure consultant and professional rock climbing guide with numerous alpine and big wall ascents around the world.

Over the past 16 years at Impact I've worked around the world with some truly wonderful people. I've been the lead facilitator on many large-scale initiatives focused on developing leadership capability, high performing teams and coaching. I love the outdoors, and spend many hours at the beach with my wife and daughter.

I have a real belief in people and a passion for what drives human excellence. I love working with people in the areas of growth & transformation. The work I do with Impact inspires and motivates me. I start my daily routine with yoga and meditation. I love being with my family and being immersed in Nature which is so accessible even in the city, now that I live in New Zealand.

I like to do meaningful work, working together with clients to create something new and deeply valuable. The areas of change where I feel I contribute the most with my skills and strong business background are leadership development and agile transitions. I like to challenge myself in many ways, my favorite challenge is climbing high ice covered mountains.

I love what I do! Each day is so different and brings challenges, interactions, and rewards. In my different roles I get to lead, mentor, coach, create solutions, and deliver life-changing experiences. I’m lucky to be surrounded by amazing colleagues - whom I get to call friends. I relax by spending time in nature – usually with my loving family but with the occasional solo adventure as well!

I am responsible for knowledge management, new solutions and coordinating associates. An active coach, psychologist and psychotherapist, I have over 20 years experience as HR manager with orientation on quality and business-context solutions. I have a broad knowledge about HR processes, policies and tools, verified by implementation. I am a mother of a teenage boy and in my free time I love going to concerts and jazz singing.

I love my job at Impact because it allows me to connect with people and put those skills to good use. As a consultant and facilitator, I enjoy helping people explore and tackle issues, increase their awareness, and uncover their potential. I enjoy jogging, hiking, studying foreign languages, and hanging out with friends on my days off.

My first school had the motto 'Aim High' and that has always resonated with me. I rise to a challenge, both personally & professionally, enjoying new situations and solving difficult & complex problems. I certainly had plenty of those as International Treasurer of Goldman Sachs and as a Director for the London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics. I joined the Board of Impact to help grow the business globally. It's great to be part of such a diverse global team!

I support delivery of high quality, safe and challenging programmes and keep the operations infrastructure in a safe and workable condition. I have been lucky to have worked in some amazing places around the world with some amazing colleagues and participants. Working from Base still takes some beating though! When not working I enjoy having adventures with my family, exploring the Lakes and keeping fit by running, climbing and riding my Cyclocross bike.

I am responsible for “Re-Born Strategy” in Impact Japan, I am passionate about developing people and our organisation by executing all Re-Born strategic agendas. As a facilitator, I love creating and sharing the precious moments together with executives and managers who are reflectively asking themselves what leadership they would like to realise in their life/work. What I love most is drinking after working hard to make effort in realising my vision.

I love the moments when people start seeing their challenges from a different perspective and discover new possibilities for action. I design learning experiences that connect curiosity about people with curiosity about business. At Impact, I value the freedom to experiment, learn and create solutions that make a real difference. Outside work, you will most likely find me on a bike or behind a camera somewhere on the road.
