My food and beverage career began with a bartending job as a student. Working in large restaurants taught me that guest service depends on recruitment and training. After roles as restaurant manager, supervisor, and recruitment and training lead, I focused on employer branding and training programs. To deepen my expertise, I joined Impact Japan, a global leader in experiential learning. I am now developing as an organizational development partner in CSD. I enjoy fishing, hiking, and rugby.

I joined Impact Italy 20 years ago and was immediately love! This is a fantastic place with fantastic people where to work! I support our team and I coordinating the Rome Office. I am a tireless and curious person, always looking for new things to learn. In my private life, I love cooking “pasta alla Carbonara”, reading and when I have the time I take refuge in my beloved Tuscany!

Since I've joined Impact, I feel like my professional development grew exponentially. I feel very empowered by the company and by the values we bring each day into work. My goal is to learn how to best support our clients in every step of a consulting journey, as well as my colleagues, bringing a real change to the process. As a way to recharge I love to take long walks with my dog. My favourite sport is to hang out with friends, especially if in foreign countries!

I joined Impact in 2023 as a senior Consultant, I’ve worked as training and development manager for a major pharmaceutical multinational and at the Business School of the Politecnico di Milano.

Passionate about learning and innovation, I consider it the 'mission' of consulting to transform companies into people centric, innovative and sustainable workplaces.

I love the moments when people start seeing their challenges from a different perspective and discover new possibilities for action. I design learning experiences that connect curiosity about people with curiosity about business. At Impact, I value the freedom to experiment, learn and create solutions that make a real difference. Outside work, you will most likely find me on a bike or behind a camera somewhere on the road.

I’ve been many in my working life: an HR Director, an entrepreneur, a leader, a coach, a salesman, a visionary, a confidant, a manager. And a friend. And I am still excited (and sometimes anxious) when I meet a new group of people. I genuinely enjoy it! This is the reason I'll probably work for another decade! The only difference compared to the past: today I can afford to only work on projects and with people that I really like and that gives me the feeling that it will be great fun!

I joined Impact in early 2022, and it was the best start to the year ever! My commitment is to develop and implement communication and marketing activities to give more and more visibility to the pathways and initiatives we create for our clients. In my spare time, I cheer for Inter and organize dinners and trips with friends and family.

Customer Service and relationship management are my main focus and passion in all that I do. I enjoy thinking through solutions, working in partnership with my clients and team at Impact to achieve the best possible outcomes. I also enjoy developing long lasting professional customer relationships. Out of work I enjoy spending time with my two dogs and exploring the Yorkshire Dales which are close to my home as well as baking the odd cake or two.

As an Account Director with Impact, I’m able to leverage my ten years of Business Development and Account Management experience.  I thrive in environments where I am able to develop and uncover new opportunities with partners and businesses. Most of all, I am a people person and love building trusting relationships. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my husband, two boys and our dog.

I have always been curious about how people learn, grow and collaborate. As a consultant and facilitator, I enjoy helping teams make sense of complex challenges and find solutions that work in practice. I believe the best ideas emerge through curiosity, collaboration and great questions.

I love to lead development. Development of reflection, knowledge and conviction. Personal and individual. Development of values, attitudes, performance and decisions. For a better understanding of People and for a greater invest into the worlds future.

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

Having a limited number of words to describe myself I choose...that is one of the keywords, among decide, like, wonder. There are many others. Working with people, I value being aware – of a person, a group, and also of words being used. I think of them as a code passing through our minds – all that is within the light of consciousness shapes our experiences and reactions towards the world. So, what do you choose?

I manage all Impact Italia accounting processes and love precision, tramezzini (look it up!) and silly jokes. I am also very appreciated for my former athletics experiences and I provide stretching sessions to all colleagues who need to exercise a bit after a long day in the office. I deal with a lot of internal and external stakeholders to make sure everything is ok with our clients, accounts, invoices and bills!

I am all about meaningful relationships. I’m good at detail but love the big picture. Business strategy excites me and implementation more so! My role is to head up our digital strategy and take Impact’s experiential face to face practice in to the digital world, strengthening our blended programme work and building digital solutions that serve our clients’ needs in these times of exponential change. I’m a daughter, sister, aunty, wife and mum. I adore sport and adventure, especially cycling, snowboarding, swimming and surfing.

I have been working in L&D since 1992 and joined Impact in 2004, providing design, management, and delivery expertise to clients around the globe. Current initiatives have me consulting with clients from multiple business sectors to coach and facilitate the development of key leadership talent. I am also a past adventure consultant and professional rock climbing guide with numerous alpine and big wall ascents around the world.

I am responsible for our support team and coordinating the Warsaw office. I project manage, which includes monitoring facilitation, communicating with partners, background logistics and managing course equipment for our fantastic experiential projects. Since joining in 2005 my role has developed through office manager and H&S advisor. I love what I do and the people I work with. Personally, I am getting to know my young son and understand his world. Life is a journey.

My big mission has always been building people, teams and managers in the name of passion and authenticity. I do it through my expertise as a manager, as well as by coaching and  mentoring. We have to work so many hours in our lives, my wish is that most people possible would do it in the best way possible. I live in seafront, and I am a sailor. Sea is my key element, especially in winter, when nobody comes.

I design projects to bring Sustainable Development Goals to life and get them into every programme we deliver. Globally. Universal in nature and relevant for all, the SDGs tackle the biggest issues facing our planet and everyone on it. I sit on the consultant team, support our Community Action Learning function and the wider and I’m the Impact UK representative for UNGC. I love running in the fells.

I enjoy using my strengths in operations management to bring organisations into the chaos and to connect people with resources. I look forward to supporting the team from behind the scenes to execute the programs successfully and meaningfully. In my personal time, you will find me traveling, cooking, event planning, reading, and involved in theatre and film productions.

I joined Impact back in 1998 as a Management Accountant, and I am passionate about using financial information to inform and drive both short-term decision making and longer-term business strategy. I love living in the Lake District and exploring the surrounding lakes and mountains!

I have experience as an HR Manager in multinational and Italian companies, managing L&D, recruitment, employees relations, coupled with across-the-board experience in consultancy projects on those subjects. Since 2013 I have been supporting organisations to change with a focus on learning and development with main focus on leadership, individual effectiveness, business coaching and change management.
