Custom-Designed Executive Presence Programs

About

Hilton Worldwide is an American multinational hospitality company that manages and franchises a broad portfolio of hotels and resorts.

Impact partnered with Hilton to create two dynamic programs that leverage creative behavioral simulations and practical skills to build ‘executive presence’ for high potentials and high performers.

The Executive Presence programs develop executives’ ability to lead effectively in the hospitality industry’s ever-changing business environment. They are strategically anchored programs that develop mindsets and behaviors around executive presence; influence in high-change environments; and authentic leadership. Participants collaborate and address real business challenges, while practicing the creation and delivery of critical leadership messages. Both programs engage participants though a series of behavioral simulations that increase their capabilities in real-life, high pressure situations.

The results to date have been outstanding with all key metrics achieving greater than a 4.5 out of 5. This program was also awarded the 2015 CLO Learning in Practice Award for Excellence in Gaming and Simulations.
