Meet the team

“Creator,” a relatively new job in Impact Japan, is a role to generate programmes, programme-tools, marketing tools, sales tools as well as internal-use tools based on new ideas. Although I do not directly work neither with our clients nor participants of our programme, I am always willing to support you all.

I have been supporting business development for over 20 years. As a Personnel Director, I was associated with the telecommunications and financial industry, I also conducted mergers and acquisitions of large financial organizations. I am a psychologist and psychotherapist by education and graduated with MBA and AMP business studies. I love outdoor activities, especially in the mountains.

Father of three, happily married to one, and manager of some, I love numbers and sales, but I also like to ideate, design and deliver challenging programmes, either in training or consultancy. In Impact for more than 15 years, I still very much enjoy the consultancy process, especially account and client management. At work, I am acknowledged (and sometimes blamed) for dreaming big and joking a lot!

I'm based in Thailand, a country of beautiful islands, good food and nice people. I have a lot of fun working with people around the world. I have more than two decades of international finance and accounting experience. My real challenge is working with Inland Revenue offices in different countries! I love to explore the world through reading and travel and one day wish to have a little cafe where people can sit and have a coffee or few drinks and craft together.

Sum myself up in a paragraph? There’s a challenge! And maybe a good starting point. I like challenge. I like the challenge of grabbing attention with interesting, useful and relevant marketing. From a new website or re-brand to a sell-out festival, for me it’s all about customer first. I like a physical challenge too, and the challenge of how long I can last without listening to music!

I'm fortunate to manage an incredibly talented team of creative and innovative people who design and develop immersive virtual experiential learning solutions for our clients. As a lifelong learner and self-confessed history nerd, I love the opportunity Impact gives me to work at the intersection of learning and technology.

"There is a solution for anything and everything, you just need to look for it with a sense of adventure and enjoy the journey in the process.” Sales is my passion because I love being able to help people and organisations do just this. Thanks to all the people I have met in the process along with my husband, five kids and a dog my life has been one big, exciting adventure!

I was an associate for Impact for 21 years before becoming part of the full-time team. I love the sense of fun, friendship, camaraderie and the way Impact works. Oh, by the way I’m on the Technical Support Team – ropes and boats, programme design and logistics and lots of other things too. I love my job, get loads of out of it, meet lots of amazing people and learn new things all the time – how lucky am I?

Born in the Netherlands, I aim for simplicity, clarity and efficiency in my designs and processes. I appreciate Dutch, German and Swiss designs for their geometric boldness and witty solutions as well as the minimalism and sense of calm in modern Japanese design. To soothe my creative brain, I put on my running shoes and head for the beautiful hills that surround me to rediscover my peace and tranquillity.

After 10 years leading the UK, I am now in a global role focused on two areas: one leading a people project, the other focused on marketing. I grew up through Impact as a marketer and love the buzz of building business through brand and storytelling. My other passion is the people and culture here, so this is the ideal combination for me. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors and practicing yoga.

I love the Lake District, working with people and my role as an account manager. I build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and ensure successful solution delivery specific to the individual needs of my range of clients. I endeavour always to exceed expectations and go the extra mile in all aspects of my life. Outside of work, I love to travel, food and rugby - which I can normally combine for a perfect weekend away!

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...

I joined Impact in 2014. My current role in finance allows me to connect with and support many colleagues across the region. My work has been enjoyable and worthwhile as I am able to contribute locally & regionally. I find Impact is a good place to work as there is a flexibility and work life balance. Working with a diverse team is fascinating. It is a place where you can be yourself and unique.

With over 26 years as L&D and Internal Communication manager in large multinational companies, I’ve developed deep knowledge in consulting roles, building trusting relationships with all levels of an organization, implementing complex projects. I love my job, the countryside, animals and sports.

I'm passionate about organizational psychology and behavior and joined Impact after years of experiences in global business. I was inspired by the way Impact uses unique adventurous, experiential learning solutions, and now am passionate to help clients achieve real improvements in performance as a consultant. When I am not at work, you can find me walking around the city with my camera.

Hi there! I'm Daniel, a frontend developer with 9+ years of experience. I have a deep passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that leave a positive impact. Alongside coding, I'm also interested in exploring SEO marketing strategies to enhance online visibility for brands. I find inspiration in pushing the boundaries of web development and constantly seeking new ways to improve the digital experience. Outside work, you'll find me with friends, family, and hiking with my miniature dachshund.

My enthusiasm for life is ignited when surrounded by inspiring people and growing through exploration. Born in Canada, my passions have led me to travel within various countries. I joined Impact motivated by their commitment to empowering people and business cultures to thrive while making a positive difference. As a coach and facilitator, I draw on over 10 years facilitating in personal development and wellness.

I like to do meaningful work, working together with clients to create something new and deeply valuable. The areas of change where I feel I contribute the most with my skills and strong business background are leadership development and agile transitions. I like to challenge myself in many ways, my favorite challenge is climbing high ice covered mountains.

Since joining Impact Thailand in 2006, I have been more energetic and enthusiastic to come to work. It is the best workplace that I can be myself. Everyday at work is great for me.

I joined Impact back in 1998 as a Management Accountant, and I am passionate about using financial information to inform and drive both short-term decision making and longer-term business strategy. I love living in the Lake District and exploring the surrounding lakes and mountains!

As a consultant, I like Impact's programmes because every one of our projects could make the participants think deeply about their issues in the workplace, and move forward for their business success. I am excited when exploring a solution for my clients' current and future business challenges. Besides my job, I like cooking, travelling, fine arts, musicals, Japanese KABUKI, opera etc.
