I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? Ask my wife and my 6-year old twins.

I support the growth of business professionals. Sometimes, when having some skills is not enough for a manager to be effective or happy, the best approach is to recognize the key issues and work toward overcoming the limiting assumptions, developing new approach or strengthening other assets. As a coach, I apply questions, challenges, experimental techniques, but also analysis, advice, individual training.

As a consultant, I like Impact's programmes because every one of our projects could make the participants think deeply about their issues in the workplace, and move forward for their business success. I am excited when exploring a solution for my clients' current and future business challenges. Besides my job, I like cooking, travelling, fine arts, musicals, Japanese KABUKI, opera etc.

Being a reliable partner of our clients in their development challenges, mixing my reflexivity, sensitivity and good spirits, is what I strive for. I put a lot of energy intuition next to my “human touch” in everything I do. Singing, playing the piano, and social dancing are my lifeblood. I adore exploring the world getting surprised by the beauty of diversity.

This is my return to Impact after 11 years, as Sustainable Business Enabler. During my absence I had my own journey to different countries to explore different ways of education. Established a volunteer organization in 2016 and since 2020, supporting Rohingya children in refugee camps became our main activity. Only people can change the world for a better place. Education is my lifetime passion and a continuous lifework.

After many years in business environment, leading sales and operating teams, I decided to share my knowledge and practice as a coach and facilitator. Becoming Impact consultant enabled me to support leaders and talents in developing their leadership with a solid dose of the "fun factor" that Impact programs provide.
