Since joining Impact in 2019, I've had the pleasure of working in the Business Development team, supporting our global BD teams with Lead Management. My passions lie in the outdoors, sports and surrounding myself with great people. Outside of work, you'll find me pottering around the Lake District fells on my mountain bike.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I joined Impact back in 1998 as a Management Accountant, and I am passionate about using financial information to inform and drive both short-term decision making and longer-term business strategy. I love living in the Lake District and exploring the surrounding lakes and mountains!

My role is to create and sustain positive client relationships and ensure the successful implementation of global programmes. I work in partnership with my clients to develop customised solutions using our innovative approach to leadership. After living in different parts of the world, I love being back in the Lakes. I spend most of my time indulging in great food with friends and exploring the beautiful place I get to call home.

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...
