Since joining Impact in 1999 life became very interesting for me! I am meeting fascinating people every day, I am privileged to peek into their daily challenges and successes. Executive teams, line managers, and employees - I love to have a full picture, and inspire them to make their lives easier, less stressful, more productive or simply more fun! I couldn’t ask for a better job. 

Here at Impact I have the pleasure of managing a portfolio of impressive global programmes and a number of our key clients. I like to simplify the complex, gain clarity where there is ambiguity and drive efficiency and quality through my project teams. I love meeting different people and understanding what makes them tick! I'm full of energy, constantly smiling and always ready for the next adventure.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I bring my passion for photography and film-making to work, creating people development and marketing films. I like many types of cheese, with my favourite probably being Wensleydale with some sort of dried fruit in it. Sometimes with crackers. And chutney. Maybe a glass of wine… What was I supposed to be writing about again?

Born in the Netherlands, I aim for simplicity, clarity and efficiency in my designs and processes. I appreciate Dutch, German and Swiss designs for their geometric boldness and witty solutions as well as the minimalism and sense of calm in modern Japanese design. To soothe my creative brain, I put on my running shoes and head for the beautiful hills that surround me to rediscover my peace and tranquillity.

I joined Impact in 2014. My current role in finance allows me to connect with and support many colleagues across the region. My work has been enjoyable and worthwhile as I am able to contribute locally & regionally. I find Impact is a good place to work as there is a flexibility and work life balance. Working with a diverse team is fascinating. It is a place where you can be yourself and unique.

With over 26 years as L&D and Internal Communication manager in large multinational companies, I’ve developed deep knowledge in consulting roles, building trusting relationships with all levels of an organization, implementing complex projects. I love my job, the countryside, animals and sports.

I'm based in Thailand, a country of beautiful islands, good food and nice people. I have a lot of fun working with people around the world. I have more than two decades of international finance and accounting experience. My real challenge is working with Inland Revenue offices in different countries! I love to explore the world through reading and travel and one day wish to have a little cafe where people can sit and have a coffee or few drinks and craft together.

I enjoy using my strengths in operations management to bring organisations into the chaos and to connect people with resources. I look forward to supporting the team from behind the scenes to execute the programs successfully and meaningfully. In my personal time, you will find me traveling, cooking, event planning, reading, and involved in theatre and film productions.

People are at the heart of everything I do and I care deeply about ensuring individuals and teams have the skills, support and temperament to best deal with their future. In my spare time I chair the board of a local art gallery and support the development of our growing community of emerging and successful artists.
