All'interno di una BU nata dall'unione di due differenti realtà, abbiamo agito con l'obiettivo di favorire la conoscenza e lo scambio tra pari e tra livelli diversi.

La sfida era quella di favorire lo sviluppo di comportamenti ispirati alla trasparenza, alla risoluzione efficace dei problemi, alla condivisione delle informazioni, allo scopo di generare collaborazione e integrazione costanti all’interno di un gruppo nuovo.

Un intenso programma di attività esperienziali all’aria aperta che ha permesso ai partecipanti di individuare ostacoli e le barriere comportamentali, spesso inconsapevoli, che impedivano al gruppo una piena integrazione. In 2 giorni le fasi di azione si sono alternate a sessioni di feedback a complessità crescente.

Il percorso è stato capace di generare un maggiore orientamento al mercato da parte dei PM e un atteggiamento più proattivo, intraprendente e responsabile. Gli elementi raccolti durante il percorso hanno anche aiutato l’azienda a supportare il cambiamento con azioni di sviluppo pienamente coerenti con gli obiettivi.
