Sanofi Pasteur è la divisione vaccini della multinazionale farmaceutica Sanofi. Sanofi Pasteur è la più grande azienda al mondo interamente dedicata ai vaccini.

Sanofi Pasteur MSD ha richiesto a Impact Italia di collaborare per:**

- Sviluppare un modello/struttura di competenze che rispondesse alle attuali esigenze aziendali
- Progettare e realizzare un assessment centre per la forza vendita chiave dell’azienda**

Sanofi Pasteur MSD necessitava dell’assessment centre per mappare i livelli di competenza della forza vendita – un team composto da 10 Area Manager e 60 Vaccine Specialist – al fine di informare i processi di sviluppo e pianificazione delle successioni.

I consulenti di Impact hanno condotto una serie di interviste individuali con gli stakeholder chiave. Successivamente, Impact ha progettato due assessment centre, basandosi su un rapporto di un valutatore ogni tre partecipanti.

I Vaccine Specialist hanno partecipato a un assessment centre di 1,5 giorni, mentre l'evento per gli Area Manager ha avuto una durata di due giorni ed è stato più complesso nella progettazione, per rispecchiare le sfide del loro ambiente di lavoro.

In cinque anni, più di 150 persone sono state valutate e supportate nei loro programmi di sviluppo. Impact ha fornito all'azienda un database con tutti i risultati, consentendo loro di valutare strategicamente il potenziale manageriale.
